This was the worst experience as a customer with family . The cashier's attitude was disrespectful especially when asking questions about the menu. The younger guy with glasses & tattoos was also relunctant when it came to something as simple asking for items or questions. This place fell hard & the staff/management don't even try anymore. It's simply became a spot for food delivery pickups. Another odd thing was how the'white' customers were treated with 10/10 service & the rest of us get poorly treated & given 0/10 service. I used to always come here a while ago, & I guess with the new staff & vibe, well it's just not worth it anymore.
Forget about customer service at this place. Just forget about the place entirely.

La cuisine normal rien de fou par contre le service catastrophique caissières a un air mauvais comme si je la dérange & en plus il est impossible de commander se qu'on veut je demande une extra sauce qu'il me charge sur le côté & non dans l'assiette car le temps d'arriver chez moi le plat serait sec c'est quelque chose qu'ils sont incapable de faire
Ate here during the winter months. Surprisingly the restaurant was cold, no heat. I kept my coat on while eating. The chicken in my soup was tough & un edible. Very disappointed.
This was honestly the best Pad See Ew I've had at any Thai Express location. The noodles were perfectly cooked; not soggy at all. The vegetables were cooked just right & still had a nice crunch. There was no extra sauce left at the bottom, which made it even better. Overall, it was very nice.

Ordered off uber the 2 for 1 pineapple Thai thing & I requested no vegetables which was fine but was only given chicken & rice... PINEAPPLE IS NOT A VEGETABLE! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Le concept fonctionne : des plats préparés rapidement, une certaine constance dans le goût, & une variété qui permet de satisfaire plusieurs préférences. C'est une solution pratique pour une clientèle professionnelle en mouvement.
Cependant, malgré cette efficacité, l'expérience reste parfois impersonnelle. Le service manque parfois de convivialité, & la présentation des plats peut varier d'un jour à l'autre. De plus, l'espace en salle est souvent peu accueillant, ce qui ne donne pas envie de s'y attarder, même brièvement.
Dans un marché où les attentes des clients évoluent, Thai Express gagnerait à investir dans une approche plus humaine & visuelle, en renforçant la qualité de l'accueil & en harmonisant l'expérience à travers ses succursales.

This Thai express is the closest to my work so I ordered there several times already. I like to eat spicy so I always choose option very spicy plus a note saying that please make it spicy just to make sure, but 1 time on 2 they gave me no spicy one, like no spicy at all. Very disappointed & will order somewhere else next time.
Sérieusement 14,49$ plus taxes pour un Pad Thaï au tofu. C'est rire du monde. Le restaurant était vide au moment de ma visite, je ne suie pas surpris. Aussi, s'y stationner est affreux, il n'y a presque pas de places de stationnement de disponibles. Je me demande bien comment cette franchise du Groupe MTY fera pour survivre.
