Service très lent: 1 seul employé qui fait la caisse, cuisine & s'occupe des take out (Uber etc). L'employé ne comprend pas bien ni le français ni l'anglais. Tous les clients int eu le même problème. De plus, la salle de bain était sale.

J'ai commandé avec Über eat a 3:30 am il disait fermer a 6 il on débiter ma carte de crédit & ne veulent pas me donner ma commande ou me rembourser & Über non plus ! Anarque !!!

Pire rouleau de printemps mange a vie. La pellicule de ruz de de fesait & tout s'ecroulait dans nos mains. J'ai attendu longtemps pour le recevoir on passait d'autres clients devant moi. Salle de toilette sombre & rouleau de toilette tout brise siege pour s'asseoir & manger brisee & rapiece pire resto thaï a ce jour… dommage pour les employés… j'y retournerai pas.

I got someone else's order. The name of the order is also entirely different. I received 2 chicken fried rice, but I'm Muslim so I can't eat this, my vegetarian pad thai will never see the light of day. Tried calling numerous times as well, but no one picks up. Now food is wasted & I'll also not get to eat my lunch. I wish I could give 0 stars if possible.

Mauvais service, je commande un pad thaï boeuf & il me donne au poulet & quand j'ouvre je vois des gros bout de piments que j'ai pas demandé.

Honnêtement, c'est la deuxième fois fois je commande general tho il y a un goût bizarre comme si la bouffe est brûlée ! Chose que je n'ai pas déguster dans les autres restaurants
C'est vraiment nul la bouffe
J'ai voulu donner une chance mais la déception est toujours présente
Je ne recommande pas :(

My experience with Thai Express was disappointing. When I placed my order, the staff gave me the payment machine without asking how I wanted to pay, even though I intended to pay in cash. Instead of apologizing, he acted arrogantly, impatiently, & rudely. Beyond that, the portion size was smaller than usual, & in the end, he threw the food on the table with force & didn't say a single word. This was a blatant disregard, a complete lack of professionalism, & utter indifference to customer service. Honestly, I will not be returning to this experience.
