Pire rouleau de printemps mange a vie. La pellicule de ruz de de fesait & tout s'ecroulait dans nos mains. J'ai attendu longtemps pour le recevoir on passait d'autres clients devant moi. Salle de toilette sombre & rouleau de toilette tout brise siege pour s'asseoir & manger brisee & rapiece pire resto thaï a ce jour… dommage pour les employés… j'y retournerai pas.
I got someone else's order. The name of the order is also entirely different. I received 2 chicken fried rice, but I'm Muslim so I can't eat this, my vegetarian pad thai will never see the light of day. Tried calling numerous times as well, but no one picks up. Now food is wasted & I'll also not get to eat my lunch. I wish I could give 0 stars if possible.
Honnêtement, c'est la deuxième fois fois je commande general tho il y a un goût bizarre comme si la bouffe est brûlée ! Chose que je n'ai pas déguster dans les autres restaurants

My experience with Thai Express was disappointing. When I placed my order, the staff gave me the payment machine without asking how I wanted to pay, even though I intended to pay in cash. Instead of apologizing, he acted arrogantly, impatiently, & rudely. Beyond that, the portion size was smaller than usual, & in the end, he threw the food on the table with force & didn't say a single word. This was a blatant disregard, a complete lack of professionalism, & utter indifference to customer service. Honestly, I will not be returning to this experience.
Le caissier ne comprend jamais ce que nous disons. Chaque fois que nous venons ici, nous lui parlons en français & il nous répond en anglais, ce qui complique énormément la prise de commande.
Aujourd'hui, nous avons commandé deux Soupes thaï au boeuf, mais il nous répondait en anglais avec des phrases que nous avions du mal à comprendre, d'autant plus qu'il parlait très bas. Nous avons cru comprendre qu'il n'y avait plus de boeuf, alors nous avons commandé une soupe thaï au poulet. Finalement, on nous a servi du poulet avec du riz, ce qui ne correspond pas à notre commande.
Il est important que le caissier sache parler & comprendre le français, puisque nous sommes dans la province de Québec. De plus, il portait un AirPod à l'oreille droite, ce qui rendait la communication encore plus difficile.
Mauvais service.
Dommage que je ne puisse pas donner 5.5 étoiles car c'est les meilleurs ! Pour ceux & celles qui veulent retrouver le goût AUTHENTIQUE & typiquement asiatique, vous êtes à la bonne place! Je vous recommande mon plat fétiche PadThaï. Le staff est sympa & courtois. Très facile d'accès, stationnement accessible & situé dans un beau secteur, près du place Bell, commerces etc....
