Nous avons bien aimé notre expérience. La nourriture était excellente. En entrée, nous avons pris crevettes cocktails & calmars frits. 5 grosses crevettes sur glaces & les calmars étaient tendres. Côte de boeuf & brochettes de boeuf. Viande excellente. Brochette goûtait pas bcp la marinade mais la viande très tendre. Les légumes croquants & une bonne patate au four. Mi-cuit avec coulis framboise & crème brûlée. Trop coulant à mon goût le mi-cuit mais c'est une question de goût. Mojitos & bloody Mary. Nous n'avons pas aimé les mojitos. Le serveur très courtois mais complètement débordé. Le temps d'attente était long entre les services. Au final nous y retournerons. Bravo au restaurant.

Repas dernière minute tardif pour 13 personnes on nous a accueilli avec le sourire & nous avons bien mangé !!! La vite de boeuf était très bonne !!!

We were going to a play in St-Eustache, looking for a more high-end restaurant before the event. Sadly the place we wanted was closed on that day. We ended up at Texas Star. To our surprise the filet mignon, the shrimps & other ordered was exquisite to say the least. Cooked to perfection, with oversized portions, it certainly beat both the quality & quantities of most excellent steakhouses like Gibby or Boeuf Cochon. I would definitely recommend. We did learn from the very friendly bilingual staff, that the chef that evening was the owner so not sure if he made the difference but it was excellent!!! Highly recommended.

Excellent repas, la cõte de boeuf était succulente, la cuisson parfaite! Quelle bonne idée le spécial du jeudi, je n'étais jamais allée, j'y retournerai sûrement!
