About us
Located on the 8th floor of the William Gray Hotel, Terrasse William Gray is the place to be to soak up the summer season. With a breathtaking view of Place Jacques-Cartier, the St. Lawrence River and Montreal’s Ferris wheel, our terrace offers refreshing summer wines, cocktails, beers and delicious sharing platters. The terrace is heated and equipped with retractable awnings to ensure our guest's comfort during cooler days.

Incredible views, fantastic food, great service, & reasonably priced! Definitely a spot I'd recommend to anyone visiting Montreal. The menu is unique & creative, & the food was prepared excellently. They clearly care about what they are serving up & not just getting by on the location & views. Service was friendly & accommodating. Honestly an all around treat for both the eyes & the stomach. I celebrated my 27th Birthday here! Actually my girl made a reservation for this place & it was probably the best decision. It was a wonderful experience. Alexa was our server & she is amazing, very sweet, considerate & made my bday special. The drinks were super amazing & tasty. We found a bug in the drink which is not their fault but the server was kind enough to compensate for it. The food was really delicious, & filling. Coming to the VIEW, the view is the best you will get in Old Montreal. It was breathtaking. I will definitely come back here.View more

Un grand merci à Jean-Michel pour un excellent service :) Le tartre de boeuf aurait pu être un tout petit peu plus grand à mon goût sinon tout le reste rien à dire, très bonne atmosphère :) Le restaurant nous a même fait un petit geste en nous offrant le dessert au chocolat à l'occasion de mon anniversaire!View more

Took us three tries to get a table at the Main Patio at night time. Here's my honest opinion The Patio setting: Beautiful, good music, staff were attentive. The Food: I am sorry it is very disappointing. The beef tartare even with Truffle oil tasted plain. The fig salad was just okay. The drinks: Old Fashion was watery, not enough whisky nor simple syrup. La Vine Rose Sangria has no fruity flavor to it. The view: Yes you get a night view of the Ferry Wheel & the Circus tent, but again it looks better on picture than in real life. Overall, a patio that's hyped up by social media, if you can't get in, don't feel bad about it. If the restaurant happen to see this, you have great potential to be a real good one, please hire some good chef & revamp your menu, also, get some good bartender as well. You already charging close to premium price, why dont you make it better?View more
