Catalina was out server. Delightful & so welcoming she made our experience awesome. We are from way out of town & a little uneasy with our accents but Catalina was so kind I forgot about my accent!!! Great job Catalina. Btw I never write reviews !!
Went for a late lunch in Canada Day as a party of 2. The queue system is easy & guest-friendly; we had time to get a coffee while we were waiting & our table was ready quickly. The wine list is short but very well curated, with some great references at good value. The food (duck shawarma dish & tuna steak salad) was of good quality & was served in a timely manner. The highlight of the visit was our server Alex. He's very knowledgeable with food & drink products, made really helpful suggestions, & was incredibly attentive in getting us what we needed & checking in to make sure it was to our liking. Even though he had a full section, he took the time to thoroughly explain menu options, with clarity & a great attitude. What a good example of how a team can work to make a dining experience memorable - thank you to Alex, Mehdi, & the whole William Grey team!
Hands down the best meal I had while visiting Montreal. The chicken & waffles are to die for. The waffles were soft, fluffy, sweet, the perfect contrast to the crispy & delicious chicken. & don't forget the home fries. They were amazing. We went with a large group for brunch & were quickly accommodated. I can't wait to visit William Gray again
What an awesome experience. The staff is super nice, welcoming & efficient. The service was quick, food was excellent. Had an amazing time. The reservation system is a bit intense with a few SMS to confirm! But I guess too many ppl reserve & never show up. I definitely recommend
