Vincent was our host & he was absolutely incredible. Between the prefixed menu in the dome, to our wine pairing- he made the entire experience educational, delightful & ultimately incredible. This was by far & wide the Perfect experience for my husband’s birthday.
Service was great. I was looking for vegetarian options & they listened & catered to it beautifully. I was happy with the meal options We were there for 3 course brunch inside the dome & having the dome for ourselves was amazing Fruits were so fresh & loved the sweet potato pancakes
We ate here, we had the most amazing experience!! We had the wine pairing with our meal. All 5 courses were delicious, the atmosphere was romantic. We highly recommend this experience.
Excellente expérience sur la terrasse William Gray grâce au service exceptionnel de Vincent ! Il a été attentionné, professionnel & a su nous recommander des plats & boissons parfaits. La nourriture était délicieuse, & l'ambiance, avec la vue sur le Vieux-Port, rendait le moment encore plus spécial. Je recommande définitivement cet endroit pour une sortie mémorable entre amis ou une soirée romantique!

I organized a team Christmas dinner at the winter domes. We had a wonderful time. Food & drinks were delicious & good quality. Mauricio gave us an excellent service. He was very friendly & attentive.
We had a great experience! We went for the brunch experience in a dome on the patio. Our server Kevin was the sweetest. He took the time to answer all our questions & suggested some good options. He made this whole experience even better! Great experience & would recommend for any special event.
Went for a 5 course tasting menu with the wine pairings. The food was fine but incredibly rushed. 2 hours for the 5 services (& that price!) is rather insulting. Had we been given an extra 30 mins the service would have been a four. I expected higher end pairings as well - Blanquette de Limoux is definitely not it as a course with bubbles. The dome is cute & cosy, but they are looking tired & scratched up. It's also a really tight fit as the table is huge & I felt bad for our waiter hunched over, serving our dishes. I did however greatly appreciate that the music was not too loud & that the temp control in the dome was good. We did not feel cold at all, despite the need for our server to open the door to bring our dishes. In fact, they did very well on ensuring the dishes were served at the right temperature by bringing everything in an enclosed trolley & an extra person to quickly hand the dishes to our server.

We went in their dome experience & it was absolutely amazing. The server was super nice & gave amazing recommendations for food & drinks. You can see the old port into the distance & they even had a small fireplace to roast marshmallows. The food was absolutely amazing. Each dish did not disappoint. This is definitely something I would bring people to who are visiting Montreal for the first time. I highly recommend this place especially during the winter. It gave off a nice cozy date night vibe!
Nous sommes allés avec des amis expérimenté le souper au Dôme d'hiver 5 services. Cela a été d'une expérience agréable que je recommande à tout le monde! Notre serveuse Julia a été d'une expérience agréable plus grand plaisir! Une vrai perle.

Un réel, SUPER service agréable avec Julia. On se fait servir casually & non pas comme des clients distants avec formalité & superficialité, c'est parfait!
Superbe soirée dans une des bulles. Notre serveuse, Julia, était charmante, cultivée & pleine d'entregeant! Elle nous a conseillé, raconté & accompagné avec un excellent timing & une belle énergie Très chouette!
