"Very slow service when ordering a bottle of wine. Waiter was very rude when asked the status of our order. I could see the wine clearly sitting at the bar for good 10 minutes, while he walked past it multiple times and past us to serve guests surrounding us. Didn't fill up waters whatsoever. Had to ask other waiters. Music doesn't fit the scenery...."
