The bison burger stood out from a regular burger right away. Meat had a richer flavor, stayed juicy, & paired well with the toppings. Bun held nicely & the whole plate felt well thought out.
Tried the grilled lobster & was impressed. Meat was tender, fresh, & easy to remove from the shell. A light grilled note added extra flavor without covering the natural sweetness. Very enjoyable seafood option.

The poutine was exactly what I hoped for. Fries stayed crisp, gravy had strong flavor, & the cheese curds softened nicely without disappearing. Rich meal done properly & very satisfying from first bite to last.
I ordered the butterflied shrimps & really enjoyed them. They were cooked nicely with a tender bite & good flavor throughout. Everything tasted fresh, & the light seasoning let the shrimp stand out in the best way.
The steak sandwich with cheese was a solid choice. Bread had a nice texture, steak was flavorful, & the melted cheese tied everything together well. Filling meal with good balance & something I would gladly order again.
The smoked-meat poutine had rich flavors. The fries & curds were good & the smoked meat added a deep savory taste to the dish. The dish was exactly what you'd expect from a smoked meat poutine & i highly recommend it.
The smoked-meat sandwich came stacked with tender slices that carried a deep flavor. The bread held together without falling apart & the mustard gave it a good kick. It's hearty, satisfying & exactly what you hope for in this classic plate.

The smoked-meat poutine was bold & satisfying. Fries stayed firm, the cheese was squickey & the smoked meat added a rich depth. This version is heavier than the classic poutine, but packs even more flavors.
The bison burger had a deeper flavor than a standard beef patty, while he toppings were fresh & balanced the richness of the meat. It is a different kind of burger which i recommend trying it at least once.
The lobster had very good flavors, its meat was sweat & plum & came off the shell easily. It was exactly what you would expect from an excellent lobster plate which i would order again.

The smoked-meat sandwich was full of flavor. The bread had a nice soft inside, the smoked meat was tender & seasoned just right, pairing perfectly with mustard & pickle. It felt like a classic done exactly the way it should.
Went for the fish n chips this time & i really liked by how fluffy & flavorful the it tasted. The batter was nicely fried which added a great texture to the whole experience.

Our waiter recommend us the bison burger & he was right to do so. The patty was flavorful & i could also ask for my level of doneness. I personally asked for medium & the burger arrived just as expected. I highly recommend it.
At lunch, I thoroughly enjoyed the smoked meat sandwich, & its soft pieces with a touch of spice created a satisfying flavor that kept me smiling throughout my busy afternoon.
Great location. Definitely a tourist place but that's ok. . Service was good. You can upgrade your side to a poutine which is awesome. I had the chicken poutine for my side & it was delicious. The chicken sandwich was good - not bad at all but not as tasty as I would have expected as it lacked flavor. But all in all, still good.
