L'endroit est super bien décoré & l'emplacement vraiment central pour ceux qui se déplacent en transport en commun. Le DJ a fait un set EXCEPTIONNEL: la musique était bonne du début à la fin. Tous nos plats étaient succulents.
Vraiment une belle découverte - je préfère sans hésitation cette terrasse au Muze Lounge du HoneyRose …
Très mauvaise expérience en raison du service à la clientèle offert par le gérant, Charles. Son manque de clarté, de professionnalisme & de considération humaine a complètement gâché notre soirée.
Il nous a fait changer de table à trois reprises pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il était trop tard pour passer notre commande. Après avoir tenté de lui expliquer notre mécontentement face au manque de clarté & de compréhension dont il avait fait preuve pendant près de 20 minutes, il nous a répondu que le chef allait « peut-être » changer d'idée.
La situation est rapidement devenue très inconfortable, comme si nous n'étions pas de véritables clients prêts à payer pour manger. Lorsque nous lui avons fait remarquer que tout cela aurait pu être évité s'il avait été plus transparent & proactif dès le départ, il nous a simplement répondu que, si nous n'étions pas satisfaits, nous pouvions quitter le restaurant.
Cette scène a créé un malaise pour l'ensemble des clients présents. Certains sont même partis sur le moment. Je suis convaincu que cette situation aurait pu être évitée si le gérant avait mieux géré les événements.
Son attitude donnait l'impression qu'il n'avait aucune intention de trouver une solution ou de nous accommoder. Il ne s'est jamais excusé & a constamment agi comme si son comportement était irréprochable.
Tout au long de l'échange, il s'est montré impoli, condescendant & peu à l'écoute. Charles a démontré un sérieux manque de respect, de professionnalisme & de considération envers ses clients. Son attitude, marquée par la mauvaise fois & l'absence d'écoute, est loin du niveau de service auquel on s'attend dans un établissement de cette catégorie.
Cette situation aurait pu être réglée simplement & rapidement avec un minimum de communication & de bonne volonté. Au lieu de cela, nous avons perdu un temps précieux & quitté avec un profond sentiment de frustration.
Une expérience extrêmement décevante que je ne souhaite à personne.
Long wait to get even water then another long wait to order & get drinks.
We couldn't order the food right away & that also took forever.
Only one server.
We got 3 Cesar salad with salmon & shrimps.
Shrimps seem boiled & tasteless.
As for the salad it was mostly the bottoms stem part & barely dressing.
Returned all 3 plates & they came back with less stem but still & they were again cheap on the dressing.
For 25$ salad + 8 for shrimps it wasn't worth.
Had to convince the server it wasn't to our expectations.
Asked for more dressing but the kitchen was close so we got garlic mayo.
A disaster.
But if your looking for stripper type ladies its the place!!

Merci à mademoiselle Laury car elle était super gentille, respectueuse & professionnelle envers nous, elle nous a offert un très bon service à la clientèle, merci au chef car les repas étaient délicieux & nous avons beaucoup apprécié, le décor est magnifique. Nous allons revenir c'est sure 🤗🤗🤗🤗
The view is really great, & the cocktails were very good, but too expensive for me personally.
The main problem is the noise there: the clients are way too loud, we can barely have a conversation with the people we come with. Maybe the establishment can put a sign that asks the customers to be a little bit quieter. It would be great.
Honestly in terms of vibe & atmosphere it's nice. I've been many times for a drink & enjoyed my time.
But I went for food for the first time, & it was just not up to par at all. The gnocchi was not gnocchi. It was fried potatoes with a very bland sauce. We sent it back to the kitchen, not edible. The beef burger patty was dry & burnt, as well as the bun.
