On s'y amuse bien. On y va régulièrement en gang d'amis. Parfois, un peu bruyant pour de grandes discussions mais on n'y va pas pour ça. Ce soir, j'ai été surpris par le prix de l'assiette de fromages & charcuterie. Vraiment délicieuse. J'aurai dû m'informer avant. Je le ferai la prochaine fois. En arrivant tôt, on peut profiter de spéciaux. Toujours bien apprécié.
Je prend le temps de rédiger ce commentaire, car les peu de fois que nous nous présentons, moi & ma femme lors d'une soirée sans enfant, nous avons toujours un excellent service & une excellente ambiance avec l'équipe derrière le bar. Lorsque nous nous présentons, nous avons toujours la chance d'avoir le service avec M. Paul. Toujours prêt à nous proposer des nouveaux cocktails, Toujours prêt à nous faire de belles découvertes, & non seulement les boissons, mais aussi la bonne énergie qui vient avec cela. Vous souhaitez passe une belle soirée avec une bonne ambiance musique & avec un très bon service qualité prix sur l'alcool, vous êtes au bon. Nous mettons la note par personne entre 30 à 40 $, vu que nous prenons plus qu'un verre chacun.

Very good prices. We took the nachos it was very good. The drinks were decent with a good happy hour (16h-19h). The Tom collins & Paloma were very good.
Bel endroit chaleureux, ambiance super, musique variée de tous styles, personnel courtois & dire de Jean-Philippe, notre serveur du moment avec qui nous avons eu de beaux échanges ! On se serait cru à New york de par le style : mur de brique, tout en longueur & sombre à souhait ! Nous n'avons que pris des boissons, mais la nourriture semblait excellente ! Je recommande chaudement !
TRÈS MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE
A la sortie d'un spectacle nous y avons passé la fin de soirée. Nachos & bière.Quand est venu le temps de sortir (malgré la présence de 2-3 derniers clients), nous nous sommes fait agressivrement, non mérité, pousser à sortir par le portier qui portait fiérement sa casqette SECURITY & semblait prét à lever les points. Petit bonhomme frustré qui fera du tord à ce commerce.
Laissez faire le Central en face, c'est ici que ça se passe. Super vibe rétro & chaleureuse avec playlist des années 70. Ne commander pas les nachos, on en devient accros en quelques bouchées. Nous en avons commander 4 autres :) Cocktails bons sauf le mojito trop dilué. Service sympathique & efficace.
Je suis habitué à aller à ce bar quand je suis à mon montreal. La dernière fois, le serveur m'a confisqué mon télé car je sortais fumer une cigarette avec mon amie,(Je paie par téléphone) & quand je lui demandé pourquoi il m a répondu qu il est chez lui & sa loi (tu regarde beaucoup de film bro) . Le monde est devenu dingue . Y en que des bars à montreal si il le sais pas

Honestly one of the best bars in Montréal - no question about it! The atmosphere is always perfect, whether you're there for a chill night or a wild one. But what really makes Midway special is the people. The staff is absolutely incredible - from the manager to the bartenders, servers, & even the busboys. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
They actually remember their customers, greet you by name, & treat you like a friend, not just a face in the crowd. It's rare to find that kind of genuine care & consistency these days. The service, the energy, the smiles - everything feels personal & authentic every single time.
Huge thank you to the whole team for always bringing that good vibe & making every visit a good memory. You guys make Montréal proud! 🍻
I came here for the first time last month & had the best time ever with my friend! My friend suggested that it was a great place for drinks & music; he was absolutely right! There are many think options & they are brought to us very quickly. They had a DJ who was playing really good music from modern hits to classic throwbacks. My friend & I were singing & dancing in our seats the entire time. The staff members were extremely friendly & were having fun as they were working; it was refreshing to see that. We had a blast & we'll definitely be back.
Was walking the streets of Montreal & happened to stumble across this place. Had a great experience here with our host Max. Very warm & upbeat personality! Constantly made sure everything was great & had zero problem catering to any of our needs.
