After the snarky comments left by management, I feel the overall rating is now 2-star. & Here's why. When we first walked by the bar, there was a definite smell that reminded me of an animal farm. But it wasn't something that i was going to be bothered by at the time. We did stop in later because the patio was inviting (3-star good.) We ordered drinks. I dont drink. But my wife ordered 2 beers. I ordered a coke. I politely asked if there were refills. The server was polite in responding'No, we dont do this.' So fine. I finished my coke & then ordered a 2nd. No problem. Didn't order any food because the kitchen was not open yet at 3:30pm. Also fine. I can't rate food if I couldn't order any. Service was fine. Didn't go over & above. I suspect now that the management doesn't pay staff what they're worth so they rely on the generosity of patrons. But to suggest that I was expecting IKEA or A&W (whom have great Grass fed Burgers btw) is exactly the kind of snarky condescending comment I would expect from some kind of uppity manager who takes themselves too seriously. I find it absurd that you expect better than 3-star Good rating without going above & beyond'good' on service & value. So I stand by my review. Reflect on that.

Always like this laid back place, where to relax after a long day... staff is cool 😎 (got me a shot of favorite liquor for birthday 🎈 but shhh...got to know them & come to know how to unlock 🔓 this) ...to chit chat, decent menu to eat.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The food was not tasty at all, & the meat tasted like it had been frozen. The burger was especially disappointing & did not meet my expectations.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the man at the reception. When I politely shared my opinion about the food, he was rude & dismissive instead of listening to my feedback.

I hope they improve both the quality of the food & their customer service.
