We were a group of 5 people & everyone loved their plates. The flavours are delicious & authentically Mexican. They serve brunch until 3 pm so you have more options.
The staff was friendly & welcoming ! There wasn't any wait time when we visited. Definitely worth a try !
Last Saturday, my husband & I went to this restaurant to try Mexican food. I am Mexican & my husband is Canadian, & where we live it's very difficult to find truly good Mexican food. I had heard that Montreal has great Mexican cuisine, so I was very excited to come here, especially because of the good reviews.
At first, the service was friendly & everything looked very authentic, which made me even more excited. However, the experience quickly became disappointing. We waited 30 minutes just for someone to take our order, while other tables that arrived after us were served much faster simply because they were larger groups. After waiting another 30 minutes, we were about to leave, but the food finally arrived.
Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. I ordered tacos gobernador & they were extremely small & not good at all. The salsas had no flavor, & no one ever came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything.
This experience completely took away my desire to try Mexican food at another restaurant

Great little place around the corner from our house. Very cozy mexican resto Staff is exceptional, extremely nice service, & tacos are excellent. Good for kids too!

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The birria dishes are on another level juicy, flavorful, & super satisfying. I also loved the creative twist on classic Mexican brunch. Everything looked & tasted amazing. The staff made us feel really welcome & took the time to explain the menu. Cozy atmosphere, great music, & delicious food
I must say that as a Mexican in a foreign city, this place surprised me. The chilaquiles (my favorite food in general) were super good. The sauce has the perfect amount of spice & the Birria, makes you feel like home. Totally worth it.
Great option for Mexican food in Montreal! I got the Mezcal Mango which was very yummy & the carnitas tacos. The portion sizes were on the smaller size for the price but the meat was so juicy & flavorful that it was worth it! Friends tried the cactus leaf tacos, shrimp tacos, & tacos al pastor & all were very good.
Love their decor's displayed & atmosphere....not big shop but very comfy place. Ordered their guacamole, taco birria, al pastor & fish ....taste really good & the generous filling making four of us adults felt so full. The best Mexican tacos in Saint Denis Street.

I recently visited Tin tan, & I have to say, it truly brought back the flavors I've been missing from Mexico. It's been a while since I've had such an authentic & satisfying meal. The tacos were absolutely delicious, hitting the spot just like I remembered. A big shoutout to Erika, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, & made sure everything was perfect. Her customer service really enhanced the entire experience, making me feel welcome & well taken care of. If you're looking for genuine Mexican food with outstanding service, Tintan is the place to go. I left feeling completely satisfied, & I'll definitely be back for more.
We ordered guacamole, tacos de birria, gobernador, de pastor, horchata, a beer, & a margarita. The prices are high compared to other Mexican restaurants, offering less value for the cost. The birria tacos are recommended, & the gobernador tacos are good but very small, more like appetizers. The guacamole is overpriced & not well prepared.
Was visiting the city & stopped here. My boyfriend & I thought it was better Mexican food than we've ever had in Boston! I got the mushroom & pineapple tacos. I added some of their hot sauce & it was SO delicious! Ou tres delicioux (maybe? Ma Francais est Malle!) Mais Les tacos- c'est tries Bien! lol
Nice little mexican restaurant we can only recommend for everyone loving mexican food. We had tortillas & quesedillas to start & tacos pollo & quesedillas as main menu. Everything was tasty & the lady serving us was also friendly. We can definitely recommend this restaurant.

This is a must try when you visit Montreal! It's my go-to for classic tacos whenever I'm in town because they are consistently delicious. The great service puts you at ease; service is quick & friendly. On the busiest nights there will be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. They also have a variety of Mexican drinks, & the decor is charming. Try it once & you'll become a loyal customer, too!
Best mexican food i've ever had. I asked for the spiciest salsa & they gave it to me, with samples of both salsas as well, I loved both! Birria tacos are a 10/10.

Sorry to say that it was disappointing. I visited this because the reviews were quite good. The food taste was way worse than expected. Even I am not a Mexican, I think I can make better tastes than this. There was nothing special.
I went in for a quick bite to eat because I was craving Mexican. I was sat quickly because the place was pretty empty, the menu is very limited & I was told I could not modify drinks, no problem. My food took way too long to come out & it was extremely salty (Birria tacos) the staff just stood in the kitchen & laughed & stared instead of checking on my table.
This was THE BEST Mexican food we have ever had. I cannot wait to come back with my friends & family to show them this hidden treasure!! The server we had was such a sweetheart & the decorations of the place was simply wonderful 😊🙌🙌
Best Mexican food that we have had in a long time. Last time I had Mexican food that was this good was in New Mexico, in a restaurant where they didn't speak English. If I lived in Montréal, I would come back here regularly!
