Great experience at Tacos Don Rigo! The food was good, especially the queso birria tacos, which were flavorful & satisfying. The pricing is a bit more costly than average but the atmosphere was inviting, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. The service is straightforward: you order at the front, grab your food, & find a seat wherever you like. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for tasty tacos, & I'll definitely be back!

Besr birria tacos EVER I've tried a few different places in montreal & laval & none compare to this its just so flavourful & the portions are big. The restaurant has amazing decor & mango margarita was really good
Best Birria tacos I've ever had. Pairs perfectly with their slushy margaritas. I dream about this place. Hard 10/10. They deserve a Michelin Star. Totally worth going out of your way for.
Amazing food, the staff are nice & accommodating as well. I would have given 5 stars but the organization/atmosphere wasnt too good. There's just one cash for everything so if you order for pick up, you could end up waiting in line for 10 minutes behind people ordering. There was no sign where to go to pick up so I had no idea where to go. There was barely any space to stand, it's very cramped in there. I would only do pick up from this restaurant since it's so cramped in there. Thanks though for the amazing quesa Birria tacos. Very delicious.

Service was honestly great, the lady that took my order was very nice, so had no problems there. Someone said that the Quesa Birria & salsa had no flavor, salt wise, however that's not the case, in my opinion it's prepared with everyone in mind, not everyone is going to want salty food, & props to them for keeping everyone in mind. I had 4 stars for atmosphere because it does feel a bit cramped inside, the seats & relatively close to each other leaving just enough space to walk, but otherwise the vibe is nice.
Best Mexican food I've had in Montreal & it's not even close. Environment in here was crazy there's so much stuff but it's cool because there's always something to look at. Girlfriend & I got birria tacos which were 10/10. Big (perfectly sized) portions & amazing flavour. Service was incredible also they brought the food out within 5 minutes while we watched the rodeo in the TV. Amazing experience I will not order any other Mexican food in Montreal if it's not from this place.
Must go if you're in the area. I recommend getting the birria tacos. My boyfriend got the chicken & it was also delicious. Enough place to sit. Service is also very good !
This place is a must go if you're in the area & are looking for the full Mexican restaurant experience, the moment you walk into the restaurant from the often cold shiver of Canadian weather it feels like I just stepped off the plane into Mexico itself, with the music alongside the decor. As for the food, you get an absolute BOMB of a meal that in my opinion is set at an amazing price, my Birria itch has never been scratched so well, & to top it all off. The ordering process to getting my food is astonishingly quick, it surprises me every time & I love every single part of this gem of a place. Please do yourself a favor & experience this place, you will not regret it.
It was my first time & the food was delicious! I had birria tacos & the size of them was definitely worth the $$. The customer service was great, the gentleman was very polite & made sure we had everything to enjoy our meals. Definitely going back .
Whaouh il faut aller dans le west island pour manger dans une taqueria typique. Cherchez pas des plats élaborés, vous aurez ici sans doute les meilleurs tacos de Montréal (birria, chorizo, lengua, carnitas, al pastor etc.... Tout y est). & la deco & l'ambiance musicale sont juste parfaites pour vous dépayser! A essayer dans hésiter!!

The tacos' are as impressive as the Décor. Authentic & amazing. The Owners is such a cool guy & helped me order. If you shut your eyes & listen to the music, you would swear you are down south. The Carne Asada & the Taco de Birria are phenomenal. the best part of the Tacco de Birria is you get to drink that dipping sauce after like a soup. We hit this place in the winter, but we are coming back to town in the summer & we're sitting out on the patio with a margarita & our tacos.
Please come here for your next outing! The food is fantastic & the ambiance is great! The staff is generous & patient with questions. I HIGHLY recommend the birria tacos. Nothing can compare I swear! Their michelada was also quite good.
Les tacos birria 😋😋😋 un vrai délice. Ça vaut le détour sérieusement un petit tour au Mexique au Québec c'est vraiment super chouette! Cuisine mexicain authentique & très savoureuse!
