The lady who attends you really has a terrible attitude, even though we are followed by my daughter loves sushi, we are clear that we are not going to return anymore because of the terrible attitude of the lady, you are paying for a product/service, you are not asking for things for a gift!!!
I'm not sure whether the employees receive proper customer service training. I've been there twice, & both times the service & the way I was spoken to were rude & disrespectful. I do not recommend this place .
January 9 2026 at 1pm rude does not know how to greet customers she just throw the good at the counter whej it qss done. This resto seems somehow dirty. Wouldn't recommend
On a commandé un gros plateau de sushis & ils ont juste mis des sushis ordinaires, il n'y avait aucune spécialité dans le plateau, quelle déception! Pour 80$ le plateau, ça ne vaut pas la peine!
Sushi Shop never offers a combo with shrimp tempura & avocado. Hello, Eva: Have you ever actually looked at the menu? If you can find such a combo at any sushi shop, I'll buy you one for free! I'm a loyal customer here.
Les employés sont toujours courtois & gentils. Je commande toujours en ligne & le temps que je demande les sushis est toujours respecté. Les sushis sont de belles qualités & toujours frais. Le restaurant est propre.
Feels like a home away from home! The sushi is fresh, the rice is fresh, & all in all it tastes good!
The food is fresh & the environment is cosy. Especially the toilets are hygienic & clean. The staff is kind & I like to order food here.
Friday is busy day. Employees work hard. They try to make happy to everyone. But it's difficult to do like that. Food is fresh. 👍👍👍
They try really hard (& succeed) to prevent you from using the coupons. Very rude & unprofessional. Also, check your to-go orders, they can "forget" things.
