top notch experience with the store. Rice is the foundation of a good shusi dish. The rice has good texture, firm & supple, hugged together by chef not squeezed, good balance of venigar, salt & hint of sugar. The fish is fresh. The restaurent looks like very clean. Stong recommendation.
