Honestly, maybe it was my mistake that I decided to eat at this restaurant but it is pretty evident that the owners do not currently concern themselves with the state of the space. The bathrooms look dirtier than a student bar's/club's bathroom (rolls of toilet paper on the floor covered with cobwebs). The food was served to me in take out containers while I was eating inside. I wasn't offered anything to drink & in the fridge there was only half drank bottle of water… I never want to blame the staff for the restaurant conditions but I think this is the type of space that no one involved really cares about it. The food is also meh.
Each of the two times I've ordered online I show up to pick up my food & they ARE NOT open. Google says they are open yet no one is there working. The workers just show up when they want & have blatantly disrespected my time on multiple occasions. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. Ordered my food for 5 pm today & lo & behold when I show up at 5:15 (2 HOURS & 15 MINUTES AFTER THE OPENING TIME) the door is locked & the lights are off. Will never order from this location ever again. This is the SECOND time this happens.
Got my large order for take out in under 15 minutes on a Friday night. Incredible service, food much exceeded expectations. Sushi pizza was one of the best pieces of food I've ever put in my mouth.
There was so much salad, yet I ordered a poke bowl. The amount of rice was almost nonexistent-barely 1.5 cm high & covering only half the width of the bowl. Honestly, this is far from the best poke I've ever had. But I went anyway, since it was the only sushi place open at 11:30 p.m.
The server wasn't very welcoming.

The pieces of fish & seafood easily fall off the nigiris, which is ironic since the correct way to eat nigiri is to only dip the top part in soy sauce by flipping them. Also, the dessert did not come with the sauce it was supposed to come with, & I couldn't check to see if anything was missing from my order because the takeout bag was stapled (there is no good reason to do that other than to conceal a mistake). Overall, the 10 pieces nigiris + 6 pieces dessert (minus the sauce which was missing) were not worth the $34 I paid.
Ordered a pickup during my short stay in Montreal. Spicy Salmon roll, & Unagi Nigiri. Order prepared quick & tastes good. Miso lacks flavor but loved the veggie bits. Overall had a positive experience & will order again when i visit ;)
