Miam Miam. Très bon sushis. Je suis assez pointilleux quand il est question de sushis 🍣. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci pour ce délicieux & généreux repas. Un 36 morceaux à 4 personnes était suffisant.

The Ambience
Walking in is a real treat. It's got that'waiting room at a very trendy dentist' chic. It's the kind of place where the lighting is just bright enough for you to see exactly how much you're overpaying, but dim enough that the staff can pretend they didn't see you waving for a napkin ten minutes ago.
The'Cuisine'
The sushi itself is a masterclass in minimalism-mostly because the fish is sliced so thin it's practically a hologram.
The Rice: They've clearly cracked the code on how to make rice both mushy & somehow crunchy at the same time. It's an avant-garde texture profile I like to call'The Glop.'
The Specialty Rolls: These are essentially 90% tempura flakes &'spicy' mayo that tastes suspiciously like generic Thousand Island dressing. If you're looking for the actual seafood, you'll need a magnifying glass & a hopeful heart.
The Presentation: It looks great on Instagram, which is perfect, because looking at the photo is significantly more satisfying than actually chewing the food.

Les sushis sont très frais ici. Chaque bouchée est délicieuse. Le service est vraiment attentionné. On se sent bien pris en charge. Le personnel est poli & rapide. C'est un endroit où revenir pour de bons moments.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, vraiment. Les prix sont très corrects & la qualité est top. Les sushis, franchement, sont délicieux. Les saveurs sont bien équilibrées & tout est super frais. C'est un vrai régal à chaque bouchée. En plus, l'ambiance est chaleureuse & authentique, ce qui rend chaque visite agréable. On y mange vraiment bien sans se ruiner. Pour un bon moment japonais, c'est l'endroit parfait.
