We visited this sushi shop in Kirkland & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The staff behaved unprofessionally & disrespectfully, & instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, the staff member acted rudely & walked away when we tried to speak to about it.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

The male staff member was not polite, & when I raised the issue, he just turned away & walked off. Very unprofessional behavior.

Je suis arrivé dans ce restaurant avec un grand sourire pour manger des bons shushi avec mes enfants. J'ai dit 3 fois bonjour en français le Mr m'a regardé comme si je viens de la planète mars sans avoir repondu…& je lui demande vous ne parlez pas français & il me répond non on parle seulement anglais avec sa collègue juste a coté d'elle qui n'a pas repondu non plus.
Aucun n'a meme pas répondu ou salué en retour meme en Anglais. J'étais choqué & mon fils qui etait tellement excité de manger, a juste pris un jus de fruit & je lui ai dit qu'on ne peut pas manger chez des personnes qui ne sont meme pas capable d'etre accueillant & juste bonjour c'est pas compliqué que ca soit en français ou en Anglais. En plus il me demande un tip en payant le jus…. Il faut quand meme le mériter ce tip

I've heard that after reserving on line some people had to wait 10-15mins for their takeout but this never happened to me in DDO or Kirkland. They are always on time & the food is always fresh.

My favourite place to get sushi to go in the west island. Prices are pretty fair for the quality of sushi you get. I've always found the rolls really tasty & a lot of the times they add an extra dragon eye roll to your order so you get 6 more pieces than you ordered.
