I was there on a Saturday evening with a friend, & I didn't have a reservation because they only do it for group of 4 ppl & +. So, if you don't have a reservation, try to arrive early because by 5.30 pm, it was full.

Food was good, & tasty. Loved the cat robot. It was entertaining.

Really enjoyed my time. Recommand it.

Food was good, but tough to eat in a restursnt that is so dark that you can't tell what food you're picking up. My party & I very well enjoyed the autonomy of the robot service & thought it was a very cool idea. That is, until it came time to pay & we payed the bill expecting to carry on with our day. When suddenly stopped by the worker who was mad that we didn't tip? (My family & I have always been stingy on tips, believing that they are earned with good service.) The worker would not let us leave until we left a tip even though our bill was already paid. In the end we had to pay to leave. This is unacceptable in a society where tipping is an option not a requirement. You can bet on the fact you won't catch me or my family here again.

Pas les meilleurs sushis en ville mais le prix, a volonté, le robot qui apporte vos plats, j ai vue des enfants & des parents tres heureux, j etait avec des collègues & le boss payait, mais j y reviendrai assurement. Belle decouverte pour ma part, bon concept.

The sushi was so delicious, the waiters were incredibly nice & the atmosphere was super nice. Plus the robot cat waiter was so futuristic!!!

While the sushi was fresh & delicious…the service was appalling. The busser stared us down for 40 minutes while we flagged him down for water & sauce. We put our empty plates on the robot because he refused to clear our plates. He then came to tell us not to do that. Half our order was wrong or missing. The general tao tasted fishy. The manager tried to charge us for a child under 1 who is breastfed & doesn't eat. The atmosphere was awful. It seemed as if they didn't want us there. He didn't give us our change & put it in the tip cup. First time Ive tipped so low at 14%.

Pretty much same price as all the sushi bars but with a robot delivering food to your table.

My wife & I used to go here often, because it was close & the food was pretty decent (& we thought the server robot was cute).
This last Saturday we went & while half the place was empty, we were told they couldn't give us a table because we weren't 4 ppl.
So we decided not to return. Custom service & loyalty means nothing here. We will spend our time & money elsewhere & suggest you should do the same. They don't deserve your patronage.

Le système de commande, avec le téléphone, est vraiment très bien. Les commandes individuelles d'une même table sont regroupées & visibles pour tous. Simple & efficace.
Les sushis sont corrects. Le choix est bon.
J'étais avec un groupe dans une salle réservée. Il m'est difficile de parler pour le service dans la salle à manger. Le robot serveur que j'ai vu est rigolo.
