While the sushi was fresh & delicious…the service was appalling. The busser stared us down for 40 minutes while we flagged him down for water & sauce. We put our empty plates on the robot because he refused to clear our plates. He then came to tell us not to do that. Half our order was wrong or missing. The general tao tasted fishy. The manager tried to charge us for a child under 1 who is breastfed & doesn't eat. The atmosphere was awful. It seemed as if they didn't want us there. He didn't give us our change & put it in the tip cup. First time Ive tipped so low at 14%.

Sushi came out super quick, everything was fresh & delicious! It was a Sunday evening it not very busy you can find a table easily, tempura was crispy & delicious

SOME OF BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Summer maki plate is best thing!!!!!! Very filling fresh healthy I loved the taste. They even gave me a miso soup & wakakame salad so kind & so delicious!!! I ordered sweet potato sushi too, they werent as soft or crunchy as I hoped but they were still good. But big summer maki plate was best sushi all in one & cheap! & I recommend it !!! & will order here again thank you!!! really fresh food. ordered bout week ago & just seeing this makes me hungry again ahahah!

Great food, quick to receive it. They've got a robot to help bring the food to the tables, which was awesome. I asked if it was ok to add a small order to go to my bill & they had no problem with that. Everything was delicious, tasty & fresh. We especially loved the dragon eye, well actually all the rolls were amazing. Husband enjoyed the enoki beef & teriyaki beef! (Obviously) bring your phone since you have to order through their menu online. This place is great for introverts like my husband & I; online orders get sent straight to the kitchen & you have a robot to serve you 😜

It is a nice place to eat at. Everything is fresh & tasty but I was expecting much more - menu variety wise. The menu is very limited. Menu app for each table- works well & seamlessly from several devices/phones simultaneously. The delivery robot is a nice one- cool & cute working idea. I believe they insist at least for a 15 percent tip may be for the delivery robot's wheels repair..... Please don't ask for the tips- just include them in your price & try to be competitive: menu variety wise. In my opinion: Taiyo Longueuil is the best sushi place so far (at any point of view) I've been visiting so far around the Montreal area.

They use fine reusable solid chopsticks which I love! Much better than the cheap wooden ones provided at other sushi restaurants. The decor is cute yet elegant, the big whale print is beautiful. Food is good, fresh, sashimi are tender enough to melt on the tongue. As always the Robot-Waiter is an attraction. Quick rules: - Verify which level is for your table number. - Promptly take your food (only 45sec to do so). - Do NOT put back anything in the robot, the waiters will get your finished plates themselves. -Press "finished" if done before the 45s timer runs out. Bonus: As there are no waiters (only busboy/girl) the tip goes to the ones actually working: the kitchen! As a previous restaurant worker I can admire that.
