Food was good, but tough to eat in a restursnt that is so dark that you can't tell what food you're picking up. My party & I very well enjoyed the autonomy of the robot service & thought it was a very cool idea. That is, until it came time to pay & we payed the bill expecting to carry on with our day. When suddenly stopped by the worker who was mad that we didn't tip? (My family & I have always been stingy on tips, believing that they are earned with good service.) The worker would not let us leave until we left a tip even though our bill was already paid. In the end we had to pay to leave. This is unacceptable in a society where tipping is an option not a requirement. You can bet on the fact you won't catch me or my family here again.
Pas les meilleurs sushis en ville mais le prix, a volonté, le robot qui apporte vos plats, j ai vue des enfants & des parents tres heureux, j etait avec des collègues & le boss payait, mais j y reviendrai assurement. Belle decouverte pour ma part, bon concept.
Can't believe this restaurant is next to my house & i didn't know it. Google didn't show it when i search for sushi all you can eat. Just found out about this place & it's so good. The food is really good, staffs are nice & the place is clean. Definitely will come back.
We ordered a sushi platter for takeout & it was really good. There was a great selection of sushi, everything tasted fresh, & it was very well packed. The wasabi, ginger, & soy sauce were all neatly organized. Overall, a great experience; would definitely order again!
Best food for the deal you are getting plus, the service is very nice. The floor has lighting that is very magnificent. I really recommend going here with friends & family.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I usually order from the sushi plus on côte des neige but it was closed today. I ordered from here instead & was so disappointed the sushi rice was disgustingly over cooked was pasty. For the price truly disappointed couldn't even finish eating. In the picture you can't even see proper grains bc it's sooo mushed all togethe
Worst Sushi I ever had. The grocery store sushi is better than this. Omg, the rice was mush. It didn't even taste like sushi rice. Soggy sushi too. Very bad. It literally made me sick. Order through Uber Eats.
While the sushi was fresh & delicious…the service was appalling. The busser stared us down for 40 minutes while we flagged him down for water & sauce. We put our empty plates on the robot because he refused to clear our plates. He then came to tell us not to do that. Half our order was wrong or missing. The general tao tasted fishy. The manager tried to charge us for a child under 1 who is breastfed & doesn't eat. The atmosphere was awful. It seemed as if they didn't want us there. He didn't give us our change & put it in the tip cup. First time Ive tipped so low at 14%.
