Sashimi was not fresh. Kitchen was made aware immediately. They said probably the batch.. it was very bad.. octopus & oil.fish tasted ... I still recommend that place but make sure there are people & the food can rotate. otherwise my advise would be.. dont... Matsu is generally amazing..what a disapointment. ill never go again neither my friends. At around 100$ for 2. I am expecting minimal quality... & that was not the case. thank you

Nous avons passé une belle soirée. Le service était incroyable & la nourriture incroyable. Cependant, quand tu vas à un restaurant asiatique tu espères pourvoir manger de la crème glacée thé vert 🍵. Ils nous ont expliqué que ça dépend de la semaine & qu'ils ne l'avaient pas au menu 😢.

Nous avons trouvé la nourriture très ordinaire surtout considérant le prix. Notre serveur était sympathique mais le service était lent. Nous n'y retournerons pas & nous ne recommandons pas le restaurant.

The soft shell crab was imitation crab meat the avocados were really brown. Not happy at all.

Last time, I'm going to this restaurant! After, many times trying it, being disappointed on occasions but tonight was by far the worst time, the meals that were supposed to be fried were still cold. We got burnt food too! The waiter never came for our drinks & we had to ask. As usual, there were sushis missing & don't bother asking, you'll never receive them. It took 30 to 40 minutes to receive our order of sushi's, which is normally quite fast which I could accept if the sushi's were all there & good but no they were fine, but not great. The cherry on top of the cake is that after we paid, the cashier asked my friend & I « vous ne laissez pas de tip?! ».... I'm sorry but the message is clear if a customer doesn't leave a tip it's because it wasn't worth it! 43$ dollars for bad food & bad service! Do not go there!

Just went back to this restaurant after not coming by for a while. I received cold fried rice, cold fried dumplings & cold sesame beef. The waiters never asked us if we wanted to drink anything other than water, as if they were trying to do the bare minimum. Normally it doesn't take long to receive our food, but this time it took at least 30 minutes to receive our sushis wich had a few choices missing while in the mean time we received the cold foods listed above. The restaurant wasn't even packed, maybe at least 4 other tables. I also ordered the little japanese buns, which they served burnt. Upon paying I didn't leave any tip & got called out by the waiter as to why I didn't tip. It costed me 48$ for the food that wasn't great plus a drink. The price is too high for quality of everything. This is the last time I'll be going & I will be telling other people to avoid this place & to not spend their money here unlike I did tonight.

We ordered online from here, a sushi combo & two wonton soups. While the order was given fast & the sushi was good, I can't say the same thing about the soup. The broth tasted literally like water, I had to add some condiments to make it have flavor & the wontons were fine, not great but fine. In conclusion, don't buy the wonton soup, the rest of the menu should be fine :)

Good selection, friendly service but I think it's a bit pricy. I could be wrong though cuz I don't normally do all-you-can-eat places.
