Nous sommes venus une première fois, puis une deuxième fois, & c'était toujours aussi excellent ! Que ce soit durant la semaine ou le week-end, le service est toujours le même : rapide, professionnel & très attentionné.
Le goût est toujours au rendez-vous, les sushis sont frais & délicieux. La qualité est constante & ça fait vraiment plaisir.
Tous les serveurs sont gentils & accueillants.
Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, pas comme dans la plupart des autres buffets. L'ambiance est agréable & on se sent vraiment bien accueillis.

We went to Sushi Ginko with two friends & it was honestly a nice surprise.
It's an all-you-can-eat place, & you get a lot of variety: sushi, maki, meat dishes, noodles, soups, etc. The quality was actually quite good, & everything tasted fresh, which isn't always the case with this type of restaurant.
One thing that really stood out was that bubble tea is included in the all-you-can-eat menu, which is a big plus. I tried the passion fruit one (a bit too sweet for my taste), but the sour plum one was really good. Having bubble tea included is definitely a great idea.
The service was also very good. You order directly on your phone, & up to several people at the table can order at the same time. You can see the quantities update in real time, which is really convenient. Once we ordered, the food usually arrived within 5 to 10 minutes, so it felt fast & well organized.
Overall, good food, nice variety, fast service, & a fun ordering system. A solid spot for all-you-can-eat sushi.
Amazing all-you-can-eat sushi! Super fresh fish, great variety, & everything came out fast. Staff was friendly & attentive. Easily one of the best sushi spots around-will definitely be back!
Ce restaurant est littéralement mon sushi à volonté préféré. J'en ai essayée plusieurs autres & je peux vous dire que tous les plats sont délicieux. Un petit coup de coeur également pour les bubbles tea à volonté !
Not sure if it was just a bad day but the rice was overcooked making the sushi mushy.
The service is 5/5, very reactive & will empty the plates quickly & refill your water.
They also have free bubble teas. I also liked the fact that the sushi comes by 2 pieces which allows you to try more.
However, the selection was pretty limited for lunch time compared to other places.
Our go-to all you can eat sushi on the south shore! The food is good with lots of variety & the staff is very welcoming. It's especially worth it going at lunch time! The owner is very friendly & attentive of the dining room.
The management are very good organized & the staff are super kind. You can even see the owner couples serving people.
The menu has plenty of sushi choice & even some Chinese dishes. They also offer a special bubble tea drink which I recommend a lot!
Sushi Ginko is a really nice restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The fish is fresh & full of flavor, & the presentation is great. The only thing that could be improved is the rice - it's good but could be a bit better in texture & seasoning. Overall, definitely worth a visit for quality sushi!
Delicious, fresh sushi & fantastic service. The tea/bubble tea that is complimentary to the all you can eat is fantastic as well. I would absolutely recommend sushi ginko!
Les MEILLEURS sushis sur la rive-sud ! Je commande là-bas minimum 3x par mois & jy suis allée aussi pour la formule à volonté, ils sont aussi bons, le service est rapide, le personnel accueillant. Ils ont plus de choix lorsque vous allez sur place, mais je prend toujours le plateaux de 40 mcx, une slush a la mangue ( un MUST), bubble tea classique, soupe wonton & soupe aigre piquante pour mon chum & moi, c'est toujours délicieux. Ce que je cherchais le plus, c'est un restaurant où que le riz est frais fait, sans avoir refroidi au frigo trop longtemps & bien cuit. Certains restaurants, le riz est trop'froid', peu goûteux &/ou pas assez cuit, ce qui n'est pas du tout leur cas.
Mon conjoint & moi avons des problèmes digestifs & c'est toujours là-bas que nous commandons lorsque nous nous sentons pas très en forme, mais devons manger. Ils sont notre'safe food'.
