I just had a great time in Structure. Had an opportunity to enjoy time on Sunday morning at Structure, could talk to Gabriel (barista) who prepared excellent pour overs, espresso & cappuccino. He is really a connoisseur & we had quite a good time talking about coffee. Unfortunately I had to go back to Brazil, but Structure is definitely a place I would (& will) come back. Cheese quiche was great as well.

Moved to the area. Tried competitors. No competition. They have absolutely great coffee. Fantastic customer service with truly devoted baristas making this unique coffeehouse a must see. I'm a regular now.
