Many visitors appreciate the sophisticated atmosphere, which is often complemented by vintage vinyl music and a bright, corporate-style aesthetic. While the majority of patrons praise the expert preparation of their lattes, cappuccinos, and pour-overs, some reviewers note that prices are premium and seating can be limited. Really like the modern, bright & corporate decor. Very chill vibe. The counter with the espresso machines & cashiers being centered is a nice choice. Just wish there were more tables to work & enjoy your coffee.

I ordered a medium sized mocha. Really liked the smooth texture & the mocha was well balanced in sweetness. However, it's a bit overpriced & for the size I got, I wouldn't consider that medium. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the coffee before putting the lid on but the latte art was very impressive.

The service was good. The girl at the cashier was very welcoming. The girl making my drink mumbled my order so I wasn't sure if it was mine. Didn't make eye contact with me nor greet me.

It's a nice cafe, maybe more of a premium gold experience I'd say.

In a city that has a lot of great coffee Structure tops the list. The staff, flavour of the coffee, & overall vibe is fantastic. Our weekend latte pitstop!

Dropped by Structure Café near Victoria Square & honestly, solid spot. The croissant? Extra buttery, extra good, like the kind that makes you question if you should order another one just to stare at it. The cappuccino I had was dark, flavorful, & definitely better than your run-of-the-mill coffee.

Now, about the price… a'medium' runs about $5 plus tax, but the cup size feels more like a'fun-sized' version compared to other cafés. Quality is there, no doubt, but don't expect quantity. Picked up 3 coffees & a croissant for my colleagues & the bill hit around $25. Not exactly cheap for a quick coffee run, but the taste does make up for it.

Overall: excellent coffee, buttery croissants, modern vibe. Just be ready to pay a little premium for the experience.
