Le tartare de saumon est d'une fraîcheur remarquable, le bifteck est parfaitement cuit & savoureux, & la crème brûlée… tout simplement divine, avec une texture & un goût impeccables. Ce qui a rendu notre soirée encore plus agréable est le service exceptionnel par Maxime. Son humour, sa présence attentive & surtout sa capacité impressionnante à se souvenir de nous (& même de la table où il nous avait servis auparavant) rendent l'expérience encore plus personnalisée & mémorable. We came to Sterlings Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday, & it was an amazing experience from start to finish - 10/10!
Our waiter was very kind & attentive, & the service overall was excellent. The steak was absolutely delicious, & the booth was very comfortable, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this place & can't wait to go back!

I had a great experience dining here! The food was absolutely delicious-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations, & you can really tell that care goes into the quality of the ingredients & preparation.
What truly made our visit stand out was the exceptional service from our waiter, Jonathan. He was attentive, friendly, & made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Jonathan was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, & checked in at just the right times without being intrusive.
Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, & we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend both the food & the outstanding service!
Johnathan was incredible. Served our table of 12 this afternoon with enthusiasm attentiveness & grace. Great recommendations. Entire staff was excellent. They understand customer service. Highly recommend. Food was amazing. Salmon tar tar was average. But the oysters. Onion soup, escargot.. wow!
Went for the 1st time in August for my Aunt's 90th & had s wonderful time. Just returned on the 29th for my birthday & was terribly disappointed.
The service was very nice & attentive when we could find our server. They ran out of baked potatoes & the one we received was ice cold.
Two of the three mignonettes were overdone & the asparagus was incredibly fibrous.
Yes, our server offered another meal but by that time it was too late. She went out if her way but was clearly overloaded.
Both my Aunt & I had severe digestive issues that evening & the next day.
Maybe, MSG on the meat?
Very sad as it is a beautiful restaurant.
The food was great. We had the rib steak & the sirloin with brie cheese. Sam, our waiter was attentive & funny. Service was at the speed required for such a meal. We will surely go back. One note for the owner, those were not grilled vegetables as described on the menu but otherwise, a very pleasant evening. Thank you.
I really enjoyed my experience there from the warmth welcome to the dinner experience.everything was perfect from the service to the food & cleaniness...my waiter khoa was very attentive to our demands & made sure we didn't miss anything...i highly recommend the roastbeef which was cooked to perfection

Went for lunch with my wife & honestly had a great time. Lunch menu at $45 including bread, entrée, main & dessert was a great deal. Service was impecable & attentive. The atmosphere was also very nice. Prime rib & bavette were cooked medium rare as requested. Plenty of free bread & loads of sauces for fries. Would definatley go again
I had an incredible dining experience at Sterlings Steakhouse. The restaurant offers an amazing ambiance, making it a perfect spot for both date nights & food lovers. The menu is diverse, featuring a fantastic selection of dishes from both land & sea, ensuring there's something for everyone.
The service was top-notch, with professional & attentive staff. Our waiter, Robert, went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our evening even more enjoyable.

My husband & I had the pleasure of being served by Olivia. She was polite, pleasant & attentive. A beautiful smile & presence. Service such as hers is almost non-existent. We loved everything about our lunch date. The exceptional food. Escargot gratinée, greek salad, a real greek salad. Delicious. Tomato, basil & rice soup, with filet mignon & rapini with garlic & rib steak with baked potato. Both plates had roasted veggies as well. We finished off with espressos & we shared a crème brûlée. We found space lol. The atmosphere was intimate & cleanliness on point. Washrooms included. Well done Sterlings. See you again soon. Thanks again Olivia. You made our experience great. 🙏🏻
My experience at Sterling Steakhouse was a bit of a mixed bag. The ribs were tasty-tender, falling off the bone, & full of flavor. You can tell they put effort into preparing them, & they were definitely enjoyable. One thing to note is the portion size. The ribs were much smaller than what I'm used to at other places serving baby back ribs, so if you're really hungry, it might not fully hit the spot. Service was on the slow side, but the waiter was friendly & attentive that it made up for the wait. While waiting, the hot bread they serve is a nice touch-fresh, warm, & a great way to keep you going until the main course arrives. The atmosphere was nice & cozy, with that classic steakhouse vibe. If you're looking for a relaxed meal with flavorful, well-prepared ribs, don't mind smaller portions, & enjoy a slower pace, it's worth a visit.

We were a group of 19 family members. It was surprising hard to get a reservation for a group that large on a Sunday night in Laval but Sterlings was happy to take us & provided a large rectangular table in a semi-private area that was perfect for the occasion. Everything was wonderful. Food was great, service by Dino, Chanel & Nathan was extremely attentive. All the main courses were served at the same time which is something for a group that large. We will definitely return.
Exceptional steaks in a nice atmosphere. Great place for a date or special occasion, or just to enjoy a good piece of meat. Waiter was so attentive & welcoming that I was surprised to discover that he was not the owner. I have many food allergies & they were very carefully considered & accommodated. I plan to return many times.
We were a group for a birthday event. The food was excellent. Our waiter, DINO, was extremely helpful, his service was excellent, welcoming, thoughtful & attentive . We had a very wonderful evening & will definitely return
