Sterlings Steakhouse only offers USDA prime beef, aged 30 to 35 days and hand carved daily. All our steaks are grilled to perfection on a real open wood charcoal pit, to sear in the juices and insure taste and tenderness.

Soirée inoubliable avec ma fille l accueil, le service, la nourriture c étais bon chaud , notre serveur tres professionnel connais son menu ,nous suggère quel que plats , nous parlons deja de notre prochaine visite merci a tout l équipe.

Went for lunch with my wife & honestly had a great time. Lunch menu at $45 including bread, entrée, main & dessert was a great deal. Service was impecable & attentive. The atmosphere was also very nice. Prime rib & bavette were cooked medium rare as requested. Plenty of free bread & loads of sauces for fries. Would definatley go again

Un peu dispendieux mais c'était très bon, venue pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe & ils nous ont offert un gâteau au fromage pour dessert. Nos choix étaient excellent

C'est très agréable comme endroit, joli, beau décor, belle présentation des plats, bon goût (les cocktails aussi). La gérante ainsi que notre serveur ont contribué à cette belle soirée.

Il faudrait peut-être voir la différence entre une côte-de-boeuf rôti & un rôti de boeuf. Un peu deçue car je m'attendais à avoir une côte-de boeuf rôti !

Nos attentes étaient plutôt élevées après avoir consulté le menu. Nous avons été franchement déçus. En arrivant, un employé faisait beaucoup de bruit à la cuisine, il a frappé sur je-ne-sais-quoi pendant un bon 10 minutes, c'était dérangeant! Nous avons partagé une salade César en entrée, elle était très bonne. J'ai commandé un filet mignon, la cuisson était correcte. Mais l'extérieur était brûlé, on ne goûtait que l'âcreté du trop cuit, on ne goûtait pas la viande. La sauce au cognac était décevante, limite pas bonne... Mon conjoint a pris le bifteck, il a demandé médium-saignant, il a reçu médium-bien cuit. Il a demandé qu'on lui en refasse cuire un (à 68$ le steak, on veut la bonne cuisson...). Le steak est revenu bleu, mais brûlé à l'extérieur. Nos 2 pièces de viande goûtaient exactement la même chose, le brûlé. Il a également demandé une patate au four, c'était une patate sèche. Il a dû demander du beurre ça on lui en avait pas offert. À 200$ le repas (sans alcool), c'était vraiment en dessous de nos attentes. Nous avons bien été servis par notre serveuse, mais l'ambiance en général n'était pas à la hauteur. Je comprends que le resto n'était pas bondé, mais de voir les serveurs attendre & parler ensemble ne donne pas une image chic du resto. Dans les toilettes, les crochets sont ridiculement trop haut. Je suis grande, & je me suis imaginé une femme plus petite qui serait obligée de mettre son manteau par terre... Pour couronner le tout, nous avions des cartes cadeau pour payer, mais une des 2 n'a pas fonctionné. Ce qui veut dire qu'à l'achat, ils ont facturé une carte cadeau inactive... Notre expérience fut donc négative, & je ne recommande malheureusement pas ce restaurant. Pour le même prix, j'irai au Keg où je sais que je serai plus que satisfaite.

The service was top-notch, with professional & attentive staff. Our waiter, Robert, went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our evening even more enjoyable.

Sterling Steakhouse est une belle découverte pour les amateurs de viande & d'ambiance raffinée. Le cadre est élégant & chaleureux, parfait pour une soirée entre amis ou un repas en tête-à-tête. L'ambiance est agréable, avec une atmosphère qui invite à la détente.
Côté cuisine, la nourriture est globalement très bonne. Les viandes sont bien préparées & savoureuses, & les accompagnements complètent bien l'expérience. On sent la qualité des ingrédients & le souci du détail dans l'assiette.
Le service est sympathique & courtois, mais manque un peu d'assurance. Quelques maladresses & une connaissance du menu perfectible ont parfois laissé place à des hésitations. Cela n'enlève rien à la gentillesse du personnel, mais un peu plus de maîtrise rendrait l'expérience encore meilleure.
Dans l'ensemble, Sterling Steakhouse est un excellent choix pour une belle sortie gastronomique. Un peu plus de finesse dans le service & ce serait un sans-faute ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

My husband & I had the pleasure of being served by Olivia. She was polite, pleasant & attentive. A beautiful smile & presence. Service such as hers is almost non-existent. We loved everything about our lunch date. The exceptional food. Escargot gratinée, greek salad, a real greek salad. Delicious. Tomato, basil & rice soup, with filet mignon & rapini with garlic & rib steak with baked potato. Both plates had roasted veggies as well. We finished off with espressos & we shared a crème brûlée. We found space lol. The atmosphere was intimate & cleanliness on point. Washrooms included. Well done Sterlings. See you again soon. Thanks again Olivia. You made our experience great. 🙏🏻

Mauvaise expérience en générale. Nous étions un groupe de 12. Ils ont oublié une commande. Tout le monde de notre table avait des steaks brulé a l'extérieur désagréable. Même le dessert mi-cuit était brulé noir & composition de yogourt intérieur. Seulement le tartare n'était pas brulé … BEAUCOUP trop dispendieux pour le résultats. Aller chez baton rouge pour beaucoup moins chère & mieux malheureusement …

J'ai adoré notre expérience ! Mes cousines & moi avons célébré (très en retard lol ) nos anniversaires d'octobre en décembre là-bas. J'ai adoré l'ambiance & LA NOURRITURE était incroyable ! De grandes portions & vraiment délicieuses . J'ai hâte à la prochaine fois, c'est sûr.

We experienced delays in the service for the water & fries, which arrived much later than the steak they were supposed to accompany. Because of this, the owner did not charge us for the food, a gesture I greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the quality of the food was very good.

My experience at Sterling Steakhouse was a bit of a mixed bag. The ribs were tasty-tender, falling off the bone, & full of flavor. You can tell they put effort into preparing them, & they were definitely enjoyable. One thing to note is the portion size. The ribs were much smaller than what I'm used to at other places serving baby back ribs, so if you're really hungry, it might not fully hit the spot. Service was on the slow side, but the waiter was friendly & attentive that it made up for the wait. While waiting, the hot bread they serve is a nice touch-fresh, warm, & a great way to keep you going until the main course arrives. The atmosphere was nice & cozy, with that classic steakhouse vibe. If you're looking for a relaxed meal with flavorful, well-prepared ribs, don't mind smaller portions, & enjoy a slower pace, it's worth a visit.
