Sterlings Steakhouse only offers USDA prime beef, aged 30 to 35 days and hand carved daily. All our steaks are grilled to perfection on a real open wood charcoal pit, to sear in the juices and insure taste and tenderness.

Amazing & clean food. Highly recommend. Always an enjoyable experience there. The late night menu is also fantastic. Nice to have a great restaurant that stays open late, it's hard to find these days.

Friend of ours thought it was time we try out this restaurant that she frequents. So we jumped in the car & made our way to Laval & sat in this very well decorated restaurant that made you feel at home in a calming environment, you know the one, no kids & no dogs barking. The music volume was set just right, where you were able to have a lovely conversation among friends. Great atmosphere to enjoy your meal that you will definitely talk about on your drive home. You are now wondering why I talking so much about the restaurant itself & not the food? How many times have you dropped hundreds of dollars for a special occasion & the restaurant had the music so loud you couldn't tell your server what you are ordering. People all raising their voices so they can carry a conversation? Well now lets talk about the food, the pictures will speak thousands of words. I highly, & I mean highly recommend the BBQ octopus, the Prime Rib & the lobster tails were 10/10 eyes closed. The Rib Steak was cook properly medium rare but I like to have it basted with warm butter & finally two last were calamari could have stayed one more minute & Lamb Chops touch over by one minute but all in all I highly recommend Sterlings Steakhouse for those special occasions.

I went with my dad to this restaurant our waiter Sam was so simply, AMAZING! We had a steak, delicious the best steak I have ever had. Had a red wine sangria is impeccable. The service was amazing EVERY waiter was friendly & so happy to work. The music is not loud & the atmosphere is simply amazing, would definitely go again !

I really enjoyed my experience there from the warmth welcome to the dinner experience.everything was perfect from the service to the food & cleaniness...my waiter khoa was very attentive to our demands & made sure we didn't miss anything...i highly recommend the roastbeef which was cooked to perfection

Would not recommend based on the lack of good service alone. The food is okay, but quality & care could be better considering the price point. Unfortunately our particular waiter was not on top of his game when we were there; unset table (we had to ask for cutlery), no water, we had to eat our steak with butter knives, other waiters brought our dishes instead, meh overall. Beautiful decor & terrace, however, we would not return.

my wife & I attended this restaurant when we were there for the Grand Prix. This restaurant was recommended to me by a few friends, & I decided to try it with my wife. Overall, Restaurant was nice, my wife enjoyed her time. As for me, the food was great. wish there was more vegan option for my wife though, but she was happy with her wine, menus & the server was very helpful. My wife tried to edit everything so that certain dishes can be vegan. He was very patient with us, did not appear to be at rush, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I'm very happy with the Restaurant & the overall Staff adequacy we appreciated that he was able to speak in fluent English… I think his name was cole

Nos attentes étaient plutôt élevées après avoir consulté le menu. Nous avons été franchement déçus. En arrivant, un employé faisait beaucoup de bruit à la cuisine, il a frappé sur je-ne-sais-quoi pendant un bon 10 minutes, c'était dérangeant! Nous avons partagé une salade César en entrée, elle était très bonne. J'ai commandé un filet mignon, la cuisson était correcte. Mais l'extérieur était brûlé, on ne goûtait que l'âcreté du trop cuit, on ne goûtait pas la viande. La sauce au cognac était décevante, limite pas bonne... Mon conjoint a pris le bifteck, il a demandé médium-saignant, il a reçu médium-bien cuit. Il a demandé qu'on lui en refasse cuire un (à 68$ le steak, on veut la bonne cuisson...). Le steak est revenu bleu, mais brûlé à l'extérieur. Nos 2 pièces de viande goûtaient exactement la même chose, le brûlé. Il a également demandé une patate au four, c'était une patate sèche. Il a dû demander du beurre ça on lui en avait pas offert. À 200$ le repas (sans alcool), c'était vraiment en dessous de nos attentes. Nous avons bien été servis par notre serveuse, mais l'ambiance en général n'était pas à la hauteur. Je comprends que le resto n'était pas bondé, mais de voir les serveurs attendre & parler ensemble ne donne pas une image chic du resto. Dans les toilettes, les crochets sont ridiculement trop haut. Je suis grande, & je me suis imaginé une femme plus petite qui serait obligée de mettre son manteau par terre... Pour couronner le tout, nous avions des cartes cadeau pour payer, mais une des 2 n'a pas fonctionné. Ce qui veut dire qu'à l'achat, ils ont facturé une carte cadeau inactive... Notre expérience fut donc négative, & je ne recommande malheureusement pas ce restaurant. Pour le même prix, j'irai au Keg où je sais que je serai plus que satisfaite.

Ordered the 75$ ribeye & it was a huge disappointment, it was very dry & lacked taste. On top, the fries were really basic. For the price, I expected a lot better. So not recommend & will not be going back.

J'ai été plusieurs fois au Sterling fêter des occasions spéciales! J'ai toujours eu un bon service & de la nourriture de qualités! J'adore leurs steaks! C'est toujours delicieux! J'ai mis une photo du dernier que j'ai pris avec la sauce par dessus! Miam Sinon Le service est toujours impeccable! Je recommande pour affaire, fête d'anniversaire ou dîner en tête à tête! Il faut préparer un budget 150$-200$ pour deux! Je suis jamais sorti de la sans avoir dépenser moins de 100$ pour deux!

We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at this restaurant & it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff went above & beyond to make our night memorable, providing impeccable service & making sure every detail was taken care of. The steaks were simply outstanding-cooked to perfection, juicy, & full of flavor. We tried the ribeye & filet mignon, both of which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were equally impressive; the creamy mashed potatoes & the sautéed asparagus were the perfect complements to our meals. & the dessert was the cherry on top-their signature cheesecake was the best we've ever had! The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the personalized service, truly made this a night to remember. Sterling steakhouse is a gem, & we can't wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend it for any special occasion or just a great night out
