Je tiens à souligner que la soirée fut extrêmement déplorable au restaurant. Je ne sais pas si le sort était en raison de notre malchance ou simplement parce que les serveurs ne nous jugeaient suffisamment pas important en tant que clientèle pour offrir un service minimal de qualité.
Mes amis & moi avons décidé de manger au restaurant, car nous avons trouvé une promotion sur l'application spectra pour un 3 services au prix de 40$. Notre arrivé & accueil fut bien agréable au tout début de la soirée, car l'employé était présent & heureux de nous accueillir. Par contre, j'estime & je pense que du moment où notre commande fut prise que le tout s'est voué vers l'échec.
Je tiens tout de même à souligner que la qualité des entrées & des plats étaient vraiment délicieux. On avait opté pour les escargots gratinés & les calamars frits. En ce qui concerne les plats principaux, on a choisi le filet mignon, le carré d'agneau ainsi que le linguini aux fruits de mer.
Cependant, je juge que la quantité de légumes aurait pu être meilleure. Cela se traduit par un ajout de quelques légumes de plus & probablement d'avoir les légumes coupés dans une taille plus raisonnable & non déconstruite. Le dessert était également passable & trompeur : se faire dire par le serveur qu'il n'avait plus qu'une option de dessert pour la soirée pour se faire servir des morceaux de gâteaux au fromage décongelés alors que d'autre clients mangeaient de la crème glacée devant notre face... Se mentir à soi même en raison d'un manque d'information qu'on n'a pas accès est une chose, mais mentir à la clientèle pour un choix de menu que l'on ne désire pas servir (aux clients de spectra) est une atteinte au respect de la transparence & de l'intégrité & à la déontologie de sa profession.
Plus encore, je ne comprends pas non plus quelle fut la difficulté de l'employé (MAXIME), mais ça lui a pris plus de 10-15 minutes pour nous donner la facture. Je comprends bien qu'il soit occupé & qu'il ait des tables à servir, mais le voir faire payer d'autres clients avant nous qui ont demandé la facture après nous me tient à me questionner si la gestion des priorités est bien une qualité dont il souffre avec d'énormes lacunes. Sans oublier le fait que cet employé & les autres sont à peine venus nous voir de toute la soirée, mis à part remplir notre verre d'eau quand on a presque fini de manger...
En sommes, je peux bien comprendre que Maxime n'ait vraiment pas eu l'envie de nous servir quelque soit sa raison, mais il nous a donné l'impression que nous étions d'une catégorie de clientèle moindre par le simple fait que nous avons utilisé l'application spectra. :)
Friends convinced me to go after discovering them on Spectra app. We ordered the lamb chops, linguine & filet with apps & desserts, enjoyed all of them thoroughly & left full & satisfied.

First time here & it didn't disappoint. Decided why hold back....took the grilled octopus. I know octopus is always expensive. It was flavorful & tender. Then took the 17oz rib roast. It was the best ive had so far. Didn't get a lot of au jus on the plate so but I should have asked for more. Also ordered a baked potato but it came plain...others had their loaded. Was never asked how I wanted it...just thought their would have come loaded. For dessert I wanted to try the key lime pie but they didn't have any. Soni took the cheesecake....it was ok but I'm particular with my cheesecakes. overall a great experience but a fairly expensive one. Would come back for special occasions.
Second time at Sterlings Steakhouse & it did not disappoint. Our server RYAN was amazing. Helpful with the menu & suggestions. All the staff was amazing. As for the food, from the bread to the dessert was exceptional. Crab cake amazing, calamari amazing & roast beef amazing. Will be back 100%. Thank you for a great culinary experience. DINO wasn't our waiter but was very helpful also.
We were 3 couples, ambiance & design absolutely beautiful. Staff very professional & friendly. We had the filet mignon which was extremely tender & cooked to perfection. So was the seafood platter. The only very small problem was the rack of lambs. We asked for them to be medium rare but received medium well. But was tasty...Dessert they ran out of cheesecake but was replaced with chocolate fodue. Delicious. The only think we found pricy was the coffee. $4 for a cup of regular coffee? Was a bit high.
We strongly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.
I went to the restaurant on the evening of May 27th for my birthday. The owner welcomed us warmly & was very kind. The waiter was also very kind, & both of them took the time to wish me a happy birthday. It was my first time at the restaurant, & the interior is very beautiful & chic. We came to have a drink & a dessert so I could blow out my candles.The cheesecake was delicious. I will definitely come back to try the food.
Un peu dispendieux mais c'était très bon, venue pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe & ils nous ont offert un gâteau au fromage pour dessert. Nos choix étaient excellent
Service très lent on est arrivé à 18h puis le service a commencé après 20h ( groupe de 12 personnes tous arrivées vers 6:30). Une des serveuses non professionnel avec son service, pour un steak house. L'assiette 3 pêcheur ne vaut pas la peine. Sa goûte extrêmement le beurre sans compter qu'il y a en plus une trempette de beurre à côté, non utilisé. L'assiette de pieuvre délicieuse sauf les gros morceaux de poivre dessus qui gâche le goût (je les ai tassé). Le soufflé n'est pas vraiment un soufflé( Style lava cake) mais s'est la glace qui a été la star de ce dessert.
Steak was good but not exceptional as I was expecting. Oddly enough the bread was surprisingly good I had to finish it all. & the bonus was the chocolate soufflé, what an incredible dessert I had forgotten about. I came in late at night, not long before closing time, never felt any pressure to finish quickly. Great staff.

The staff went above & beyond to make our night memorable, providing impeccable service & making sure every detail was taken care of. The steaks were simply outstanding-cooked to perfection, juicy, & full of flavor. We tried the ribeye & filet mignon, both of which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were equally impressive; the creamy mashed potatoes & the sautéed asparagus were the perfect complements to our meals. & the dessert was the cherry on top-their signature cheesecake was the best we've ever had! The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the personalized service, truly made this a night to remember. Sterling steakhouse is a gem, & we can't wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend it for any special occasion or just a great night out

Went there with a buddy of mine who was in town from Winnipeg, was one of our best steaks we've ever had,my buddy couldn't stop raving about it. Food was excellent & dessert was fantastic,best cheesecake we've ever had.Service from Nathan was absolute top tier,it was an absolute pleasure being served by him. Looking forward to going back,my go to Steakhouse from now on!
La viande était excellente, tout le monde a apprécié sa commande. Les cuissons étaient parfaite pour tout le monde. Les desserts très bon... Quelques petites erreurs à la commande de la serveuse, mais bien rattraper en cours de repas... Pas d'attente,.. Nous y sommes allé un midi peu achalandé. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait...
Let me preface the below by saying I travel A Lot & always hit up steakhouses from shore to shore. Something did not click for me my first visit. I am always more critical when I spend more money. Atmosphere - lacking for a dinner. Turn the lighting down & figure out the music. Also, some guy in a suit storming around (loudly I will add) - it's not an Applebee's where the staff need psyching up. That really detracted from the overall experience. Virgin Ceasar - below average. Watery, almost see through. Lacking in taste. Filet - cooked perfectly over charcoal - nice touch! Vegetables - needed one minute less folks. Didn't bother to order dessert. So much potential.
