First time here & it didn't disappoint. Decided why hold back....took the grilled octopus. I know octopus is always expensive. It was flavorful & tender. Then took the 17oz rib roast. It was the best ive had so far. Didn't get a lot of au jus on the plate so but I should have asked for more. Also ordered a baked potato but it came plain...others had their loaded. Was never asked how I wanted it...just thought their would have come loaded. For dessert I wanted to try the key lime pie but they didn't have any. Soni took the cheesecake....it was ok but I'm particular with my cheesecakes. overall a great experience but a fairly expensive one. Would come back for special occasions.

Les Steak Houses sont rares & rares sont ceux qui sont bons. Celui-ci est exceptionnel par rapport à la qualité de la viande & sa cuisson ainsi que le service aux tables.
Notre dîner de la Saint-Valentin a été absolument parfait ! Le service était impeccable, nous n'avons jamais eu l'impression d'être pressés. Nous avons bénéficié d'une charmante banquette pour deux, ce qui a rendu l'ambiance intime & propice à la conversation. Le rythme de service des plats était idéal, tout comme la cuisson de chacun d'eux.
Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une très belle Saint-Valentin, & nous tenons à remercier toute l'équipe.
Je voulais donner mon opinion au sujet de l'accueil du restaurant Sterlings l'accueil c'est super je donne 5 étoiles le service merveilleux 5 étoiles aussi & la nourriture excellent 5 étoiles aussi je recommande ce resto à tout le monde vous voulez passez du bon temps entre amis(es) ou en amoureux c'est la place idéale nous avons passé une très belle soirée & nous nous sommes régalés Merci à tout le personnel pour l'excellent service, accueil, conseils & l'ambiance est très bonne aussi finalement c'est un excellent choix de restaurant !!!Merci

Très beau restaurant avec service sympathique. La nourriture était délicieuse, les cuissons parfaites pour chaques plats commandés (steaks, carré d'agneau, poisson, homards...). Mon assiette était parfaite, à l'exception de la grosseur du morceau de Bar! L'assiette du pêcheur (queue de homard & crevette) était meilleur rapport qualité-prix.
Went to Sterling's last night & had a great experience. The atmosphere is lovely. Our server, Mr. Dino, was very friendly, kind & genuinely welcoming.
The food was good especially the chocolate mousse with ice cream! There was a small issue related to one of their promotional offers, but the owner & staff handled it really well & resolved it quickly. I think what truly sets a restaurant apart is how they deal with customers, & the customer service here was excellent. The owner was especially kind & accommodating.
Overall, a great place in Laval & definitely worth checking out !

There are under five (5) places in Montreal & surrounding areas that I can contest to having the utmost superior customer service & quality of food I have experienced. Sterling's has made the grade! Manager Joy, Servers JP & Sam, treated my Brother & me like we were the only customers in the place that mattered....at Lunchtime! The Staff were proud & happy to fix a small issue with results that were over & above necessary that made the both of us embarrassed for having pointed it out....even the owner came to our table to ensure we were happy. Wow! Gibbys should send some of their staff here for training! The escargot were light, not abused by the garlic, lightly blanketed with cheese that was not gummy nor be mistaken as Frisbee. The mashed potatoes were perfect & the prime rib roast beef is the best I have had in the Montreal area. (Sam, you were right!) This will be my new place to go as I definitely want to try other items on the menu!
Just brought my wonderful sister to lunch today & let me tell you i have never had such fantastic service as i did today..ordered a meal thinking it was one thing but was not & after waiter said..i will go get manager..i thought for sure a verbal altercation was about to take place..Instead..we were treated like royalty & given what we actually wanted..NO EXTRA CHARGE...with a smile & a sorry for the misunderstanding..The manager by the name of Joy..& our waiter J.P. made the event super special...even the owner & even Sam who takes care of the meat quality came to talk to us!! So very thankful for the excellent meal & service..Just make sure you go in evening to order a boeuf au jus that was one of the best i ever had..

La nourriture est délicieuse surtout le roast beef qui était extrêmement tendre! Merci à notre serveuse la belle Serena, le service était impeccable. À revenir définitivement
Excellente soirée ! Tout était parfait : la qualité de la nourriture, l'ambiance & surtout le service exceptionnel de Dino. Il était super sympathique, attentif & très professionnel.
J'aurais mis probablement 4 ou 5⭐ mais le fait d'avoir mis illégalement le montant suggéré du pourboire sur montant total de la facture incluant les taxes a refroidi mon expérience chez vous. Une plainte sera faite de ma part pour cette pratique illégal, car le montant suggéré du pourboire doit exclure les taxes maintenant avec la nouvelle loi.
Sterlings offre de la nourriture de qualité pour un prix très intéressant. J'ai pu profiter de leur table d'hôte de fin de soirée pour vraiment pas cher & ça valait le coût. Il n'est pas au même niveau que Moishes, Gibbys ou encore Rib n Reef, mais il reste tout de même une bonne option pour un bon steak à Laval.
