Mauvaise expérience en générale. Nous étions un groupe de 12. Ils ont oublié une commande. Tout le monde de notre table avait des steaks brulé a l'extérieur désagréable. Même le dessert mi-cuit était brulé noir & composition de yogourt intérieur. Seulement le tartare n'était pas brulé … BEAUCOUP trop dispendieux pour le résultats. Aller chez baton rouge pour beaucoup moins chère & mieux malheureusement …
We experienced delays in the service for the water & fries, which arrived much later than the steak they were supposed to accompany. Because of this, the owner did not charge us for the food, a gesture I greatly appreciated. Otherwise, the quality of the food was very good.

My experience at Sterling Steakhouse was a bit of a mixed bag. The ribs were tasty-tender, falling off the bone, & full of flavor. You can tell they put effort into preparing them, & they were definitely enjoyable. One thing to note is the portion size. The ribs were much smaller than what I'm used to at other places serving baby back ribs, so if you're really hungry, it might not fully hit the spot. Service was on the slow side, but the waiter was friendly & attentive that it made up for the wait. While waiting, the hot bread they serve is a nice touch-fresh, warm, & a great way to keep you going until the main course arrives. The atmosphere was nice & cozy, with that classic steakhouse vibe. If you're looking for a relaxed meal with flavorful, well-prepared ribs, don't mind smaller portions, & enjoy a slower pace, it's worth a visit.
Service très lent on est arrivé à 18h puis le service a commencé après 20h ( groupe de 12 personnes tous arrivées vers 6:30). Une des serveuses non professionnel avec son service, pour un steak house. L'assiette 3 pêcheur ne vaut pas la peine. Sa goûte extrêmement le beurre sans compter qu'il y a en plus une trempette de beurre à côté, non utilisé. L'assiette de pieuvre délicieuse sauf les gros morceaux de poivre dessus qui gâche le goût (je les ai tassé). Le soufflé n'est pas vraiment un soufflé( Style lava cake) mais s'est la glace qui a été la star de ce dessert.
J'ai été plusieurs fois au Sterling fêter des occasions spéciales! J'ai toujours eu un bon service & de la nourriture de qualités! J'adore leurs steaks! C'est toujours delicieux! J'ai mis une photo du dernier que j'ai pris avec la sauce par dessus! Miam Sinon Le service est toujours impeccable! Je recommande pour affaire, fête d'anniversaire ou dîner en tête à tête! Il faut préparer un budget 150$-200$ pour deux! Je suis jamais sorti de la sans avoir dépenser moins de 100$ pour deux!
Steak was good but not exceptional as I was expecting. Oddly enough the bread was surprisingly good I had to finish it all. & the bonus was the chocolate soufflé, what an incredible dessert I had forgotten about. I came in late at night, not long before closing time, never felt any pressure to finish quickly. Great staff.
The ambiance was great. Festive, ornate, clean. Service a tad slow as there was several celebrations that evening it seems. The food some delicious, some miss. I ordered a steak, i can sincerely say that I had better. The Sterling experience was however pleasant enough for me to want give it another try.
We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at this restaurant & it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff went above & beyond to make our night memorable, providing impeccable service & making sure every detail was taken care of. The steaks were simply outstanding-cooked to perfection, juicy, & full of flavor. We tried the ribeye & filet mignon, both of which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were equally impressive; the creamy mashed potatoes & the sautéed asparagus were the perfect complements to our meals. & the dessert was the cherry on top-their signature cheesecake was the best we've ever had! The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the personalized service, truly made this a night to remember. Sterling steakhouse is a gem, & we can't wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend it for any special occasion or just a great night out
We had a great time tonight, served by the lovely Sophia. She was so nice & came to check up on us several times to make sure we had everything. Once you are seated, they quickly bring out warm breads which were delicious : cripsy on the outside & fluffy inside. For starters, we had the clam chowder, the oysters, the seafood platter & the escargot. Everything was good & tasted great. For main dishes, we all liked the rib eye & the filet mignon, which was cooked to our specified liking. Overall, a good spot for steak & $$$ dining.
The waitress was really nice & the service was good. I just wish that the steak had more flavor instead of it tasting burnt on the outside. The peppercorn sauce just tasted like plain gravy with a few cracked pepper & the mashed potatoes has no seasoning. I had to add pepper & salt just so i can eat it. The wine was delicious as always!

Went there with a buddy of mine who was in town from Winnipeg, was one of our best steaks we've ever had,my buddy couldn't stop raving about it. Food was excellent & dessert was fantastic,best cheesecake we've ever had.Service from Nathan was absolute top tier,it was an absolute pleasure being served by him. Looking forward to going back,my go to Steakhouse from now on!
Exceptional steaks in a nice atmosphere. Great place for a date or special occasion, or just to enjoy a good piece of meat. Waiter was so attentive & welcoming that I was surprised to discover that he was not the owner. I have many food allergies & they were very carefully considered & accommodated. I plan to return many times.
A high end steakhouse located in Centropolis shopping mall. There is indoor & outdoor seating here. I had the 12oz fillet mignon with a baked potato. It came out perfectly cooked to temperature. The baked potato was also amazing! I'm not sure if I've ever had a potato that good from a steakhouse before. It was not crowded at all when we went, maybe 3-4 tables were being served total. Overall, the food was delicious, staff was over the top friendly & service was very timely. This is definitely not a cheap restaurant but the steak is very worth it.
I had higher expectations, ordered a medium-rare Delmanico steak, but it came as medium-well, same for my colleague, he ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon but it was medium. Service friendly but slow.

Next time I feel lazy I'll think twice because 200$ later all I got was a lousy overcooked & sauceless dry burger, there was an attempt at grilling the entrees of grilled squids, two drinks & another average drenched hamburger steak. The fries were bland just like the ambiance but at least the meat quality was decent & portions were generous. Do yourselves a favor & think twice especially if what you crave isn't a steak before going there. Oh well.
Oh là là, laisse-moi te parler de ce steak house incroyable que j'ai découvert récemment ! C'est vraiment le paradis des amateurs de viande. Leurs steaks sont juteux, tendres & parfaitement cuits à la perfection. & ne parlons même pas de leurs accompagnements délicieux & de leur service attentionné (surtout Ophelie notre serveuse incroyable) C'est vraiment un endroit à ne pas manquer si tu aimes les bons steaks ! 🥩🔥
Un vendredi soir pour une belle soirée entre amis nous avons fréquenté cette endroit à plusieurs reprise pour la qualité du service & de la nourriture seulement cette fois été très décevante la serveuse en formation débute pas sa carrière de bonne manière manque de structure des deux serveur d'expérience & plusieurs erreur de base on été fait les entrée sont arriver 15 minutes de décalage les plats principaux le steak sans couteau à steak trois serveur différent pour donner au final un service médiocre très déçu de cette adresse de renom .
