Sterlings Steakhouse only offers USDA prime beef, aged 30 to 35 days and hand carved daily. All our steaks are grilled to perfection on a real open wood charcoal pit, to sear in the juices and insure taste and tenderness.

Let me preface the below by saying I travel A Lot & always hit up steakhouses from shore to shore. Something did not click for me my first visit. I am always more critical when I spend more money. Atmosphere - lacking for a dinner. Turn the lighting down & figure out the music. Also, some guy in a suit storming around (loudly I will add) - it's not an Applebee's where the staff need psyching up. That really detracted from the overall experience. Virgin Ceasar - below average. Watery, almost see through. Lacking in taste. Filet - cooked perfectly over charcoal - nice touch! Vegetables - needed one minute less folks. Didn't bother to order dessert. So much potential.View more

C'était samedi passé...après-midi calme vers 15h30... service au bar adoré par 3 barmaid le nom du gars je m'en rappel plus mais il portait une pair de lunette ensuite y avais angelina & angie je crois ( désolée si jai bousillé vos noms hahaha) 3 personnes serviables & gentil. Picked this spot for their Ribeye Steak! Lucky for us, it was also lobster fest. Very large servings! Lobster Roll Feature & Ribeye.
Perhaps the cow wasn't cooperating for us - the ribeye was not the greatest for the price point.

Le service impeccable & la nourriture excellente font du Sterling Laval, notre restaurant préféré & ce, depuis 7 ans.
Le gérant s'assure que tout est parfait & le service de tous, mais en particulier de Loan, nous fait sentir leur désir que nous passions un bon moment.
Tous les mets sont excellents.
Nous recommandons ce restaurant pour une soirée assurément réussie.
