Très belle ambiance & très belle collaboration entre les serveurs. Les calamars été excellent. Malheureusement autant mon filet mignon que cel de ma conjointe été fade & pour le prix que ça coûte par personne, la qualité de la viande devrait être meilleur & de loin.View more
The food is good but the service is super horrible.
We ordered 3 filet mignon, 2 steak diane, a bottle of red wine, onion soup & a salad.
Arrived at 18:30, placed the order at 18:45 but got our plates at 20:05. Plus, the noise coming from the kitchen was too loud, although we were sitting in the middle. A $500 bill for such an experience is not worth. Won't be back again.View more
Nos attentes étaient plutôt élevées après avoir consulté le menu. Nous avons été franchement déçus. En arrivant, un employé faisait beaucoup de bruit à la cuisine, il a frappé sur je-ne-sais-quoi pendant un bon 10 minutes, c'était dérangeant! Nous avons partagé une salade César en entrée, elle était très bonne. J'ai commandé un filet mignon, la cuisson était correcte. Mais l'extérieur était brûlé, on ne goûtait que l'âcreté du trop cuit, on ne goûtait pas la viande. La sauce au cognac était décevante, limite pas bonne... Mon conjoint a pris le bifteck, il a demandé médium-saignant, il a reçu médium-bien cuit. Il a demandé qu'on lui en refasse cuire un (à 68$ le steak, on veut la bonne cuisson...). Le steak est revenu bleu, mais brûlé à l'extérieur. Nos 2 pièces de viande goûtaient exactement la même chose, le brûlé. Il a également demandé une patate au four, c'était une patate sèche. Il a dû demander du beurre ça on lui en avait pas offert. À 200$ le repas (sans alcool), c'était vraiment en dessous de nos attentes. Nous avons bien été servis par notre serveuse, mais l'ambiance en général n'était pas à la hauteur. Je comprends que le resto n'était pas bondé, mais de voir les serveurs attendre & parler ensemble ne donne pas une image chic du resto. Dans les toilettes, les crochets sont ridiculement trop haut. Je suis grande, & je me suis imaginé une femme plus petite qui serait obligée de mettre son manteau par terre... Pour couronner le tout, nous avions des cartes cadeau pour payer, mais une des 2 n'a pas fonctionné. Ce qui veut dire qu'à l'achat, ils ont facturé une carte cadeau inactive... Notre expérience fut donc négative, & je ne recommande malheureusement pas ce restaurant. Pour le même prix, j'irai au Keg où je sais que je serai plus que satisfaite.View more
My husband & I had the pleasure of being served by Olivia. She was polite, pleasant & attentive. A beautiful smile & presence. Service such as hers is almost non-existent. We loved everything about our lunch date. The exceptional food. Escargot gratinée, greek salad, a real greek salad. Delicious. Tomato, basil & rice soup, with filet mignon & rapini with garlic & rib steak with baked potato. Both plates had roasted veggies as well. We finished off with espressos & we shared a crème brûlée. Restaurant looks nice, however this is the 3rd time I went to this restaurant & not impressed with the quality of the food. Food took very long to come. Service was slow but the staff was friendly. My filet mignon was very chewy... it was not cooked medium rare. A tad disappointing with the price you're paying. Won't be coming back. Also keep in mind there's no changing table for kids & no kids menu.View more
We recently celebrated my mom's birthday at this restaurant & it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The staff went above & beyond to make our night memorable, providing impeccable service & making sure every detail was taken care of. The steaks were simply outstanding-cooked to perfection, juicy, & full of flavor. We tried the ribeye & filet mignon, both of which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides were equally impressive; the creamy mashed potatoes & the sautéed asparagus were the perfect complements to our meals. & the dessert was the cherry on top-their signature cheesecake was the best we've ever had! The attention to detail, from the quality of the food to the personalized service, truly made this a night to remember. We had a great time tonight, served by the lovely Sophia. She was so nice & came to check up on us several times to make sure we had everything. Once you are seated, they quickly bring out warm breads which were delicious : cripsy on the outside & fluffy inside. For starters, we had the clam chowder, the oysters, the seafood platter & the escargot. Everything was good & tasted great. For main dishes, we all liked the rib eye & the filet mignon, which was cooked to our specified liking. Overall, a good spot for steak & $$$ dining.View more

Il y a 2 jours, mes parents & moi sommes allés souper au Sterlings. Mon repas, le filet mignon avec brie était délicieux & la portion était généreuse. Mes parents étaient aussi ravis de leurs plats. I had higher expectations, ordered a medium-rare Delmanico steak, but it came as medium-well, same for my colleague, he ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon but it was medium. Service friendly but slow.View more

Très beau Steakhouse. Entrée de pieuvre grillée, un peu dure à mâcher, ordinaire au goût/petite portion... Overpriced pour Linguini Fruits de mer (50$ pour moyennes crevettes & 2 petits pétoncles, les palourdes minuscules sans coquilles, dans sauce aux tomates, un peu sec, bon goût par contre) & tout était tiède. Bon filet mignon, (medium saignant-trop cuit) sauce tiède & patate au four tiède. Les deux repas sont arrivés à 3 minutes d'intervalles. C'est un manque de professionnalisme. Très déçue.
