What?!
Amazing greeting, service, food & most importantly, the vybe. There was a guy playing live piano. I would really recommend.Voir plus
I will dream about this place. Everything was perfectly cooked & tasted the way it should. Overall cool vibe & atmopsphere. The only thing was is that.. it was very silent lol. My friend & I felt like we had to whisper. I'd recommend having a little background music. Maybe it was just during the time I was there. Anyways, 10/10 would recommend.
Would die for this restaurant. I'm never disappointed when I go. The staff is friendly & the food is always fantastic. Always a bonus when the pianist is there! Definitely recommend eating your weight in pierogi.Voir plus
I loved Stash Cafe, the atmosphere was super unique & cozy. They have created the perfect environment to enjoy hearty comforting meals. The pricing & portions was very good value for the overall experience. I will definitely be returning.
Highlights: Cabbage rolls were super tender, flavourful, & the right amount of meat.
The warm sauerkraut goes perfectly with the pork schnitzel.
The potatoes were so fluffy too & everything was seasoned nicely nothing was bland in the slightest.
Bonus points for the subtle live music from the pianist.Voir plus
There's not a lot of places in the old port area that are both good & affordable. Plus, the place is super cute!Voir plus
Cozy, comfortable & very welcoming, from the quality & quantity of food to the warmth of the staff, it's a great place for a meal with friends or family, or at the bar if you're on your own. & the piano player has been playing there for 28 years! Say hi - he's very friendly & keeps playing while you chat!Voir plus
I'm going to start this off by saying that my rental car was smash-grab burglarized nearby, so be careful about street parking if you're coming & have American license plates. THAT SAID, I still had an amazing time: the food was delicious (reminded me of Polish home cooking from my childhood), the service was kind & helpful when I didn't recognize a dish or the name of an ingredient, & OMG THE PIANO playing. It was like stepping into Westworld. I loved every moment in that restaurant.Voir plus
Located in the heart of Old Port, this Polish restaurant stands out as one of the most memorable spots of the year. I tried their renowned pierogies & schnitzel-hands down the best pierogies I've ever had. I'll definitely be returning. Great service too.Voir plus
Cool place. I love the ambiance. The food was excellent.Voir plus
Amazingly delicious place!! Warm & cozy! We loved the Dill Pickle soup & the beet consume with the mushroom tortellini. We tried the sampler platter & it was fantastic! We are planning to come back for dinner!!! Definitely worth the effort to eat here. The service was friendly & efficient & everyone was so nice!Voir plus
Food: always good. During covid I went there every time I could to support them Service: I was a bit disappointed this time. Service was slower than usual, we waited for 20' before getting the drinks & we had to ask twice to 2 different waiter/ waitress. & I noticed that the wait staff paid more attention on the floor than people, they often missed the call gesture from clients Atmosphere: lighting is BAD. Piano player is amazing!Voir plus
This place was great! The food was excellent! Try the perogis, stroganoff, & the kielbasa entree! So good. The atmosphere & service were top notch.Voir plus
Simply amazing. Came in around 9:30 pm on a Saturday & were seated right away. Ordered the pickle soup as an appetizer. Then for our mains we got the cheese & potato pierogis, & the kielbasa sausage (with potato salad, mustard, & sauerkraut). For dessert, we shared a crepe. All of the food was incredibly delicious. In addition to the perfect food, the live piano & the vibe of the place is great. Our waitress was amazing too.
