I am writing this because the level of disrespect at this location has become a recurring issue. Every time I order, the staff feels the need to comment on or judge my drink preferences. Recently, a barista went as far as criticizing the amount of syrup I ordered, despite the fact that I am the one paying for & consuming the drink.
To make matters worse, during my last visit, the staff actually drew a'confused face' on my cup. This is incredibly unprofessional & rude. Customers shouldn't have to deal with eye-rolls or mocking drawings just because they have a specific preference.
The service here is consistently poor there are no greetings, no smiles, & a general'too-cool-to-be-here' attitude from every single person behind the counter. I'm paying for a service & a product, not for a lecture or a face on my cup. I hope the management addresses the toxic attitude of the staff.
What is going with Starbucks it used to be my goto 5 times a week using the app, service used to be top, used to feel safe in evening to study or work. These employees will let you stand for 10min at the cash for the next rep, no smile, mo hello back. But worst they will actually give you attitude without speaking just because you are putting an order when they don't feel like taking one. What the staff didnt know is that I saw a car coming to the drive to put an order as I was going inside to do the same, we were both next to get our orders in , no one else was there, the person who stayed in her car got her order within 1min while I went inside & waited 10min watching staff laugh & joke around & hide in backstore or talking ot their friends!!!!! Yesturday went to another Starbucks on des Laurentides/Bellerose said'Hello' , girl at the cash looked at me & stared in silence ....what is going on with those little girls with attitude or taking over these Starbucks where the experience one used to have was totally opposite. Cancelling my app, my wife's app & my my kids will not get into this Starbucks app rewards trend when they become old enough to choose where to go..will only go for local coffee spots from now on

Cafe Starbucks bien situé sur Sainte Martin, stationnement disponible aussi, les personnels sont gentils & correct mais débordé…tables & chaises disponibles
Elie was working hard, practically operating hot & cold bar & cash ALONE while the rest were chatting in the corner of drive. Heidi & Alison on break which I understand.
I used to work at Starbucks & had to wait 10 minutes here to get a shaken espresso because a huge line had formed because of the others chatting.
The drive-thru is extremely difficult 😑 to get around.

Today I came to buy a mix of instant coffee to prepare for my daughter's breakfast tomorrow for her birthday. I told the person who served me that it would be a surprise for her & he gave me a cup with my daughter's name on it to make the surprise even more Starbucks-like.
Fan de Starbucks, j'en visite beaucoup & celui-ci est vraiment dans les top des plus lents. J'y vais souvent après le travail mais aujourd'hui entre 4h30 & 5h, j'ai été prise 10-15 minutes au service au volant! Le jeune homme sympathique m'a dit qu'ils étaient que 2 employés pour tout le restaurant & c'est ce qui était prévu mais ils ne pensaient pas avoir autant de clients.
