What is going with Starbucks it used to be my goto 5 times a week using the app, service used to be top, used to feel safe in evening to study or work. These employees will let you stand for 10min at the cash for the next rep, no smile, mo hello back. But worst they will actually give you attitude without speaking just because you are putting an order when they don't feel like taking one. What the staff didnt know is that I saw a car coming to the drive to put an order as I was going inside to do the same, we were both next to get our orders in , no one else was there, the person who stayed in her car got her order within 1min while I went inside & waited 10min watching staff laugh & joke around & hide in backstore or talking ot their friends!!!!! Yesturday went to another Starbucks on des Laurentides/Bellerose said'Hello' , girl at the cash looked at me & stared in silence ....what is going on with those little girls with attitude or taking over these Starbucks where the experience one used to have was totally opposite. Cancelling my app, my wife's app & my my kids will not get into this Starbucks app rewards trend when they become old enough to choose where to go..will only go for local coffee spots from now on

Today I came to buy a mix of instant coffee to prepare for my daughter's breakfast tomorrow for her birthday. I told the person who served me that it would be a surprise for her & he gave me a cup with my daughter's name on it to make the surprise even more Starbucks-like.

Many good choices.. chai latte, double chocolat Brownie, iced nut cofee & croissant,hot coffee with whipped cream they are all tasty.

Outdoor terrace… Nice but need alot cleaning up (weeds all around, Garden in front needs tending to] Not enough parking. …very nice set up inside. Coffee is great. The staff is amazing! Great service & very friendly!

My recent visit to Starbucks offered a genuinely good experience. The service was efficient & friendly, with baristas greeting customers warmly & handling orders with professionalism. The coffee & snacks were up to Starbucks' usual high standards, providing a satisfying & comforting break in the day. There were no issues or complaints from my side; everything from the ambiance to the quality of the drinks was as expected from this well-loved chain. It's always reassuring to know that you can rely on Starbucks for a consistently good coffee experience.

I burned myself with a latte & they told me that the coffee is set always at the same temperature! 160 degrees My full mouth is irritated & painful I went back & told a relatively kind employee, but when I ask to talk to the Manager there was none , a arrogant unprofessional Samuel told me that I was an idiot , that l wasn't right & given me the directions to go back home & also told me that I was an idiot I will like to let people know to avoid this place until this guy is out
