Once I got to the window a barista with a black beard told me simply without saying good morning :Next time wait to get the confirmation that the drink is done then proceeded to give me my coffee no thank you nothing. Starbucks is not the happy place it used to be, the people working there are not as kind as they used to be. Why would I spend 10$ every day on a place that treats me like that. Really disappointed.
Once again, an employee who proclaims himself as "Jacob" has succesfully completed his tasks as to my order. Initially, i wanted black coffee, but after informing me of the triple caramel shot grande moccacino, my decision was altered. Thank you Jacob!
The employee who made my Honey FlatWhite 5/5 , it's hard to find a Starbucks to actually get the milk steamed right. Coffee hopper is clean & milk is not over foamed. Hard to find a Starbucks location that actually get things right.
Starbucks always makes great coffee. I enjoy it very much. But what I enjoy less, is the fact that it has become a study hall for students. You would think that these kids would study in the school library. But no, they take up all the available seats, for the entire day. I don't get why Starbucks permits this.
