2023-10-24: Been to this location 3 times in the past week, the staff made mistakes 2 out of 3 times: ordered a tall cold brew with a splash of cream but got a venti cold brew with vanilla sweet cream, the other time didn't apply my cup discount & forgot about my cake until I asked. Not impressed 😐

We had an online order & was having trouble understanding we wanted a Mocha Frappe. They were okay with the Matcha Frappe, not sure why. My husband had to tell them at the drive thru intercom & then at the window. Not sure why, then he said it wasn't very good... Maybe people don't order it & that's why the confusion? .0246974398934E+34;
