I order here all the time & my order is always well made! Today however, I got my drink & it tasted completely different but I felt too bad asking the baristas to remake it (& they seemed really busy). However, one of the baristas, Matteo, asked me if I needed anything & remade my drink & it was perfect! He was super nice & happy about it, so it relieved me of some guilt about being one of those annoying clients who ask the workers to remake stuff (so sorry) 😅 Amazing service! Thank you Matteo!

Found a nail in my coffee. This is the second time I get something in my drink & the way they treat this kind of situation is not great. This was about a month ago.

I really hope this location can improve the quality control at the drive-thru. This has happened to me five times now: I specifically ask for the damn dragon fruit to be placed on top of my beverage, but it is either forgotten or mixed into the drink instead.
Since it's a drive-thru, it's not always easy to check the order right away because there are cars waiting behind me. I'm a regular customer & I usually leave a tip, so it's disappointing when a simple request keeps being missed.
Please make sure custom drink instructions are followed more carefully. Thank you.

Customer service is awful. Don't bother tipping, I wish I hadn't tipped either. Employees are rude & condescending. What's worse is that the drink tastes gross, it's slimy for some reason yuck man. Just a horrible experience all around. All of their employees are in desperate need of some retraining.

Great place, nice drinks & great staff, but there are a few problems: 1. There are only curtains on one side of the building. If you sit at the long table in the back in the morning or facing the counter along the wall before the sun sets, you're blinded; 2. There aren't a whole lot of outlets. It would have been nice if there had been some around the fireplace in the center. I'll occasionally go work there & run out of battery before a seat near an outlet becomes available; 3. There's a lot of open space in the middle where they just installed low coffee tables. I think that's a leftover from the social distancing policies... Well, there could be 2-3 more tables to fit more people working -- the location is often filled with people who do that. Alternatively, they could also fit one of those long tables with built-in outlets in that spot; 4. The little round tables are nice looking, but if you want to have a laptop & sheets by the side when you're working, it's a bit tight & your laptop needs to be partly hanging off to the side. Some Starbucks have similar sized tables, but they're square so that tiny bit more space means it's more comfortable to work. Adding curtains where they're missing a few tables would be a pretty cheap improvement. The outlet suggestions would require a fair amount of work, though, but if they ever have to do some renovations for whatever reasons adding some outlets, including in the middle of the store so people can plug in their computers, phones & tablets would be great.
