Un des starbucks les plus lents, mal organisé. A chaque fois que l'on y va, une attente d'au moins 10-15 min est a prévoir & pourtant loin d'etre dans le rush. Au moins pas d'erreur dans les commandes

I've frequented this location numerous times, but is my third time in a row going back into the store & requesting a correction & finally my money back for a simple coffee order (Americano with honey) it shouldn't be that complicated but unfortunately staff at this location can't get it right. Definitely not going back.

I really hope this location can improve the quality control at the drive-thru. This has happened to me five times now: I specifically ask for the damn dragon fruit to be placed on top of my beverage, but it is either forgotten or mixed into the drink instead.
Since it's a drive-thru, it's not always easy to check the order right away because there are cars waiting behind me. I'm a regular customer & I usually leave a tip, so it's disappointing when a simple request keeps being missed.
Please make sure custom drink instructions are followed more carefully. Thank you.
