Bon, le 1 étoile c'est parce que on commande, tromper dans la commande. On refait notre café literallement 5 min pour faire un café. je savais pas que ca pouvais etre si long dans un endroit qui coute SI CHER pour du café & qui ne fait QUE du café. Durant notre temps d'attente, la personne a coté de nous reviens car elle a une erreur dans sa commande aussi. Je vais jamais la car je trouve cette hype totalement surfait. Aussi, un manque total dans l'exécution. Pourquoi il n'y a qu'une personne au centre qui fait tout les cafés?? Je comprend rien. Y a t-il un ingénieur qui a deja vue ca? En tk, temps d'attente extrêmement long pour pas grand chose & une cuisine tres mal concu.

J'y vais à presque tout les jours ça commence vraiment bien ma journée & j'apprécie vraiment leur gentillesse même si on ce parle pas toujours il me disent toujours bonjour & ils ont l'air de s'amuser! Le gros point de mon avis est qu'ils n'ont pas peur de dire qu'ils ont fait une erreur & la corrige j'adore vraiment cette transparence & merci à Hamza superviseur service impeccable!
