Ordered an Iced Brown Sugar shaken espresso & the drink was way thicker than usual & tasted nothing like it should, it was hard finishing it. Also gave me a lot of stomach ache.

Avoid the starbucks by gate 74. Extremely rude & disrespectful. Lazily makes drinks that aren't mixed & watered down. Extremely rude, & refuse to make any frappes or serve oatmeal. Me & my bf walked 2 mins to gate 84 starbucks are they happily remade our drinks & they were much better!! Very polite & respectful to us! The manager is a sweetheart!

The quality is very unpredictable, & depends on who is making the drink that day
I am a coffee expert & get a Starbucks cappuccino regularly in the last 20 years

Only one of the Staff was wearing the iconic Starbucks apron.

Great place to enjoy high quality coffee in a comfortable & cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly & efficient, & the service is fast. Drinks are always consistent & delicious. Perfect spot to relax or work!

Horrible customer service, I asked for lactose free milk, which they did not have. Instead of telling me they didn't have it, thet have me regular milk. When I asked if it was lactose free they said they don't have any & gave me regular milk. I asked for them to change it, the girl gave me a really hard time & threw my other drink in the sink.

Service was ok. Staff seemed intense but handled everyone very well. Drinks were good. Its built at an odd angle so its difficult to be in line to order & be in line for receiving your drinks. One employee mocked a woman who was trying to speak french. Kinda weird.
