I went multiple times to the Starbucks opposite gate 73
The quality is very unpredictable, & depends on who is making the drink that day
I am a coffee expert & get a Starbucks cappuccino regularly in the last 20 years

Only one of the Staff was wearing the iconic Starbucks apron.

Great place to enjoy high quality coffee in a comfortable & cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly & efficient, & the service is fast. Drinks are always consistent & delicious. Perfect spot to relax or work!

I just made a formal complaint with YUL regarding the Starbucks near gate 86. DISGUSTING employees who mocked & humiliated & shouted at my daughter when trying to return a coffee that was not what she asked for. Other customers around her had to intervene. They called her dumb & stupid & accused her of the wildest things. These 4 girls working on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 around 3pm EDT need to be fired & Starbucks needs to offer an apology. She left the counter in tears & extremely off put.

Over 15 mins for black coffee (after placing order). As someone who frequents airports everyday; YYZ starbucks runs like a well-oiled machine, YUL is absolutely dreadful.

My friend waited 15 mins even though very few people in line. My coffee was cold & there was no cream in the jug. 2 guys who did not appear to know what they were doing & were in no rush todo anything at all. Either be happy to have a job or go do something else. I use Starbucks all the time but I'll be giving this location a miss for a long time.

I don't think 3 people could be more inefficient . People have flights to take ! This is supposed to be quick coffee pickup. Could have had a sit down meal for the same time.

Took 30mins to get a coffee & sandwich.

Yeah, there's a reason why there's so many one stars here..... It's actually comical for an airport. If you're looking to grab a quick coffee before your flight, jerry, you will most likely miss your flight.

The coffee was excellent, but the staff was short-staffed. There was only one cashier & one person taking orders while there were many customers in line.
