Chaque fois que j'y vais il y a une erreur dans ma commande. J'y suis encore allée aujourd'hui à midi & je m'assure de toujours répéter ma commande qui est tres simple, une erreur évidemment. La fille qui a fait mon café ose même me dire que c'est la bonne chose, il a fallu que j'y retourne pour le faire changer. Pire endroit. Staff d'aujourd'hui midi, hyper incompétents.

most useless staff I've ever seen. Waiting 30-40 minutes for a coffee should not be a thing. I don't know what management is doing. Terrible service terrible everything. Don't come here.

The service is so bad that they served'Egg whites with Bacon' when specifically asked for'Egg bites with roasted peppers'. This is just one of the incident since i don't want to highlight everything. I guess the people need more training & may be they might be able to serve better with right attitude.

The employees this evening were super welcoming & nice. The cake pop was a nice add-on to the rainy weather.

Mostly great team. The leads are sharp & on point & the bar is always pumping things out
Devastating when I get to the counter in the morning when Sher. I always (without exaggeration) need to repeat or correct or just accept that my order is going to be wrong. The situation isn't helped by the fact he's absolutely miserable & iris he's to get rid of the clients in front of him as though we were a major inconvenience.
Disappointing situation given the otherwise strong & lovely team on site.

Le service a été bon! Mais les toilettes était dégoûtante le lavabo était tout poussiéreux & sale, le planchers tout collant & crasseux. & que dire de la toilette ouachhh !
