mauvaise expérience en générale, les baristas font beacoup d'erreurs. Par exemple, l'étiquette ne correspond pas aux boissons, elles sont souvent inversées sur des commandes de 2 boissons+, faite attentions aux allergies / intolérance alimentaire. Le barista s'est trompé de boisson, nous avons addressé la situation, ils nous on offert la boisson originale gratuite, toutefois, 40 minutes plus tard... la boisson n'est toujours pas faite ( c'était un lundi normal ). une autre fois, la barista dit qu'un latte est forcément glacé.... je ne comprends pas que cela arrive à chaque expérience à cette location. Je vous conseille d'aller dans les autres locations si vous avez la chance ou d'encourager les cafés locaux. j'ai eu de meilleures expériences à d'autres starbucks, je crois que le service client est important.

La barista nommé Anna ma servis avec une attitude bête & très froide. Elle ne m'a pas dit'allo' & agissait avec agressivité. Ils étaient 4 sur le plancher & rien n'avançait ça m'a pris 20 minutes recevoir ma simple commande (Chai Latte)… Sérieusement ultra déçu de mon service & des baristas. À revoir & une personne doit agir. C'est honteux d'offrir un service comme ça.

Très décevant. Nous avons commandé un café en ligne & l'application annonçait un délai de préparation de 10 à 15 minutes. Pourtant, une fois sur place, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes avant de recevoir notre commande. Le service est très lent.

Malheureusement, le café était fade, sans goût & franchement décevant. Une attente aussi longue pour un résultat aussi médiocre est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
