I redeemed my birthday treat today at 5:33pm & when I identified myself at the drive-thru speaker, at least 3 baristas started singing Happy Birthday. They also decorated my cup with birthday greetings & threw in a yummy cake pop for free. They really made my day. I wanted to leave them a nice tip, but the app wouldn't let me yet. Will add to my next order. Thanks so much, Brossard Baristas!

Had such a great experience at Starbucks, thanks to Serena! She was incredibly polite, friendly, & welcoming, & provided amazing customer service. Her positive attitude & attention to customers really stood out. It's employees like Serena who make the experience so much better.

very bad service , I just went there to buy coffee for 24 persons & the employee just slacking off. Ask for cream , milk & sugar. she gave me like less than the quantity. Also , where the hell are my cups?! Did she forget that I need CUPS??? Very bad service, compare to last time my visit was more enjoyable but this time very bad. I won't recommend to go there anymore If I have the choice, I would go to Tim Horton or MacDonald to buy coffee, at least their service is bette
