I came today to buy 2 tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia for me & my boyfriend & it both got us sick. The tomatoes were very acid. I had a problem with my stomach & my boyfriend threw up, because of it. I don't know what was wrong with the tomatoes, but it definitely wasn't good.

Service à la clientèle complètement nul. Les employés n'ont pas de bonne manière (Aucun accueil , ne s'entraident pas , aucun contact visuel lorsqu'il s'adresse à toi, etc). 30 minutes pour servir 2 cafés sur la même commande à 15 minutes d'inteval.

Hier, au service au volant, nous avons attendu plus de 30 minutes! Pendant un long moment, la file n'avançait pas. Des autos derrière nous voulaient également passer au service au volant & bloquaient donc un peu la rue.

Au moment de payer, l'employé nous a redemandé notre commande; il avait l'air complètement perdu. Depuis la fenêtre, nous avons pu voir plus de 5 employés, ce qui est assez étonnant vu le temps d'attente.

Pire encore, je n'avais pas l'intention de laisser de pourboire, contrairement à ce que je fais habituellement, mais l'employé a même oublié de nous faire payer tellement il semblait dépassé!

C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais & le temps d'attente a été ridiculement long les deux fois

I redeemed my birthday treat today at 5:33pm & when I identified myself at the drive-thru speaker, at least 3 baristas started singing Happy Birthday. They also decorated my cup with birthday greetings & threw in a yummy cake pop for free. They really made my day. I wanted to leave them a nice tip, but the app wouldn't let me yet. Will add to my next order. Thanks so much, Brossard Baristas!

Had such a great experience at Starbucks, thanks to Serena! She was incredibly polite, friendly, & welcoming, & provided amazing customer service. Her positive attitude & attention to customers really stood out. It's employees like Serena who make the experience so much better.
