Absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning to the end! The place is beautifully maintained, clean, & welcoming, creating a positive vibe the moment you arrive. Staff members are always polite, attentive, & smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Everything feels organized & cared for, so you can truly relax & enjoy your time here. I have been using this Starbucks as a meeting place with one of my sales people. I love the location & the atmosphere. I see many people either working or meeting for business there. Highly recommended. There is an outdoor space that is also cosy.

Just go to the drive through directly; never walk in & order in store! I was standing there for 6 minutes straight waiting for my order. They were so busy preparing the drive through orders & no one even care to start making my drink. Finally I can't stand it anymore & I went to ask when can I get my drink. They acted like I was not being understanding & told me that they are busy making drive through orders. Yes! The drive through orders that came WAY WAY WAY later than mine!! There was no apology, no thank you for waiting. The girl started making my drink only after I asked & took her like half a minute & she gave me my drink with a straight face without saying a word. A total mess in their management & very unfriendly service!

Its a Starbucks, ok no. Its a Tim hortons with starbucks decor, because it was a timhortons, then it closed down, & now its a Starbucks. The inside is grand & empty, not enough tables for the amount of people that sits there & remote work. Some days you get really enthusiastic employees, other days, they look depressed.
