I've been a customer of this store for many years, but recently my experiences have been quite disappointing. The management seems to have some issues. When I ask questions in a friendly manner, the staff respond coldly & without enthusiasm. Also, more than one customer has experienced longer waiting times compared to before. The service used to be much better, so I'm not sure if this is due to a change in staff.
Horrible customer service! The white barista working Friday night around 6 PM refused to wear her name badge & displayed clearly racist behavior. She guilt-trips customers despite never apologizing herself, humiliates people, tries to have the last word, & doesn't even greet customers. She also films & takes photos of customers without their consent. To deliberately frustrate clients, she would leave the counter & go into the backstore, making it difficult for customers to get service. Her behavior is intimidating & aggressive to the point that customers feel forced to leave their trash on the table just to avoid being insulted again. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable & creates a hostile environment
Je suis profondément déçue par ce que nous avons vécu en soirée dans ce Starbucks. Nous avons ressenti du racisme & un traitement injuste à plusieurs reprises avec la même barista. Ce n'est pas la première fois qu'elle a un attitude hostile envers nous.
Elle parlait de nous au micro devant ses collègues, & chaque employé qui entrait semblait mis au courant, car tous nous regardaient de travers sauf une jeune fille hispanique qui avait de l'empathie & m'a demandé si elle pouvait faire quelque chose pour nous aider. L'ambiance était lourde & très inconfortable. Nous étions avec un enfant & nous nous sommes sentis jugés & oppressés, comme si nous n'étions pas les bienvenus.
Elle a refusé de donner son prénom contrairement aux autres employées & a insinué que j'étais'conne'. Personne ne devrait vivre ce genre de situation en allant simplement chercher un café.
C'est triste & inacceptable.
J'adore ce Starbucks le personnel est gentil, c'est toujours aussi, & la dernière fois quand j'ai eu une canette d'eau pétillante expiré ils ont même accepté de me rembourser au complet la canette woaw 🙂

Ils m'ont donner la mauvaise commande, je prend le temps de retourner dans le froid -20 & ils osent même pas à s'excuser ou remercier que j'ai retourner leur commande.
Absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning to the end! The place is beautifully maintained, clean, & welcoming, creating a positive vibe the moment you arrive. Staff members are always polite, attentive, & smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Everything feels organized & cared for, so you can truly relax & enjoy your time here.
