Consistency is one of the hardest things for a sushi restaurant, & Ste-Adele Sushi absolutely nails this. From the entrées (favourite is the fried shrimp & sweet potato) to their classic Makis & of course their chef's specials, you can count on this place to deliver fresh & curated meals every time. I've been going there for a decade & have never been disappointed, & I don't think I can say that about any other restaurant I've been to! A family run business that loves Sainte Adele almost as much as they creating incredible sushi. All hail the King of Laurentides Sushi!
I did take out for lunch. We had a tuna suchi roll & a scallop. It was simple, but so fresh & the portion of fish in the roll was relatively generous compared to what we usually get. So I will definitely be back to try more.
Ok sushi. Fresh. Nicely rolled. Not too much rice. Nothing extraordinary tho.
The best sushi we had in & around Tremblant area. Fresh is the number one requirement for good sushi. The owners of this restaurant understand this & the result is excellent. We tried their poke bowls & it had freshest ingredients. The rolls were great & miso soup excellent. The service is super friendly & efficient. We will come again!
This place is wonderful. The owners are so kind & welcoming. It's as good sushi as you will find anywhere. You can always tell a good restaurant that fries food by the smell when you walk in. No smell? Fresh oil! Ste Adèle Sushi changes its oil often, according to its owner & the tempura is fresh & does not have that old oil scent. The fish is fresh & the nori is creative. Can't say enough about the place. Go!!!
Our go to sushi place in the Laurentians. Its mainly an order in advance & pickup kinda place. Delicious, affordable fresh sushi, the owners & chefs are Japanese. There's a few tables for inhouse diners but most people order for pickup, & you need to order an hour or two in advance because they're very busy. Sushi frais est merveilleux !
Excellent Sushi! Delicious & fresh! The best in the Laurentians!! However, prices keep going up, no discounts for loyal customers or extras.
