Here's a more professional & polite version of your complaint:

I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees who was working the Tuesday night shift & wears glasses.

He spoke to me in a very rude & disrespectful manner. Instead of assisting me professionally, he lectured me about how I should speak to other staff members, which made me feel uncomfortable & disrespected.

I have also noticed that another employee who works the night shift is always polite, respectful, & professional. Unfortunately, the employee who worked on Tuesday night behaved very differently & did not demonstrate the level of customer service I would expect.

I have worked in retail myself, so I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging. However, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated.

I truly enjoy your food & appreciate the quality of your restaurant, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope you will look into this matter & ensure that all employees, especially those working the night shift, treat customers with respect & professionalism.

I went there recently, it was the must go place if you are looking for indian food. Their chole tastes best, you will remeber the taste of india for sure. Service was also good. The guy over there was very kind.
