SpiceBros was built on the belief that food should be special, and we carry that belief into everything we do.
We understand how to best serve our customers through tried and true service principles. Instead of following trends, we set them. We create food we’re proud to serve and deliver it fast, with a smile. No matter where you find us, we’re making sure each meal our customers enjoy is delicious and one-of-a-kind.
SpiceBros is widely praised for bold Indian flavors, generous portions, and an inviting vibe, with many customers raving about butter chicken poutine, butter paneer, naan, mango lassi and the wide range of vegetarian options, and the welcome atmosphere and late hours are often highlighted as positives. The service is repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful, with staff going the extra mile and making customers feel at home, contributing to strong value for the price. Some reviews point to inconsistency across locations, noting flavor gaps or bland notes in certain dishes, occasional quality issues like spoiled rice or cold potatoes, and a few experiences where the pace or atmosphere did not meet expectations. Overall SpiceBros comes across as a strong and popular Indian fast casual option in Montreal, celebrated for flavor, variety and standout service, while acknowledging that experiences can vary by branch.
The staff are friendly & welcoming, & the food is excellent. I had the chicken pakora poutine & a samosa, while my friend ordered the butter chicken bowl. They stay open late, making it a great spot for supper.
It was late & this place was open. What a great option to the usual fast food choices around. Ordered their Samosa & Buttered Paneer. Both tasted great & definitely hit the spot.
Got the frankie roll, a samosa & tried the mango lassi, on my arrival in mtl. Food is delicious & fresh. The young man who served me was so nice! Clean spot & my experience was great overall!

Ordered the Paneer bowl & instead of Paneer they gave us Tofu. I thought I accidentally ordered the wrong thing but tofu isn't even listed on the menu so it's a little strange. Also, for a place called Spice bros the food is rather bland. Samosa was good though. The owner responded to this review saying they don't use tofu. I'm born in India, I've been eating Paneer all my life. I'm raised in canada & spent a lot of time in Japan & know exactly what Tofu is like. What I received was definitely tofu. Trust me, this confused me too but that is the fact. Posting a photo of this'paneer'. If you know what paneer looks like you can clearly see this isn't paneer.
Great vegan options & amazing staff, have great character & stand up people. Respectable to all. Make you feel welcome eating there. Delicious samosa channa!!
My friend & I had just finished a concert at MTELUS, & we were so thirsty, so we dropped by here for water & samosas. Not only did the guy serving us give my friend 2 samosas when she asked for one, he gave me some delicious potatoes when I only got water. Such a kind & definitely a memorable person
Update: the food quality has definitely gone down over the years. Especially, take out. Not returning anytime soon. Got Chana Samosa & Mango lassi from Spicebros & it tasted amazing!!! The customer service so good. Definitely becoming a regular customer. Thank you!
As first time visitor, Robin guided us so well through the menu & also the mango lassi & samosa for the kid was a hit. Fresh & absolutely balanced taste! Clean environment & I advise to get their spice bro bowl with both sauces & get a garlic naan as a side with this bowl ! Was enough for two people tbh ! Huge quantities ! Also it's a halal place so I'll give it 5 ⭐️🌟💫
Only tried their samosa, & I'm sure it would have been delicious if it was fresh! I don't understand why they served me an almost old & cold samosa; the sauce was really good tho
Sandeep made us the best food of our lives. The butter chicken frankie was a blast of flavours. Samosa chaat is a unique experience. Will surely be coming back
Absolute worst cauliflower curry I've ever had, & it's my go-to order at every Indian restaurant so I've tried a lot of them. Basically it what seemed like cauliflower that was roaster to the point of being burned then added to spaghetti sauce & a lot of large barely cooked onion chunks. One bite & threw it away. The samosa was decent so I added a star for that.
thé food is incredible, the prices are really good & the service is perfect, the server is so nice & warming, he even gave us two samosas☺️☺️ very strongly recommend
